Fala aí pessoal como eu estou fazendo essa quest para pegar as adagas, vou tentar ajudar os próximos deixando meu comentário.

1 - Você precisar fazer a Raide Alma Dragônica. que fica em Tanaris "Cavernas do Tempo"
Você precisa de um grupo de raide, eu tive a ajuda de um amigo "ECO" e sua Guild "Irmandade do cãos" todos gente boas que me ajudaram à ir no último boss e bater a carteira dele para pegar o anel decodificado.

2 - Você vai em Orgrimmar onde transmuta os itens e pagar 10k de gold isso mesmo 10k um robo mais vale apena para ter essas adagas, esse eu tive ajuda do Arkanjo que me emprestou 6k de gold para continua a quest.

A missão é obtida em qualquer modo da Alma Dragônica, exceto pelo localizador de raides. Bem como é impossível pelo localizador de raides, completá-la. Mas é simples e objetiva:
Vá até Hagara e use a skill Bater Carteira. E receberá o item Anel Decodificador do Criptomante.

Como prova de sucesso e habilidade, você deve apresentar o artefato ao Lord Afrasastrasz, o mesmo que solicitou a missão. Este, por sua vez vai pedir para que você uma outra missão: Uma mensagem secreta

The real question is where do you pick this quest up? Obviously you don't get this quest from pick pocketing the ring if the quest is to pick pocket the ring. Anyone know? Is it as soon as you zone in or kill a mob like the legendary for the staff in Firelands?

It is an NPC within the Dragon Soul raid instance that will only display an exclamation mark to rogues.

I dont take credit for this, All cred goes to Pathal as stated below! This is just so people can find it easier, so thankyou Pathal! :)

I will be updating this (as I am my guild's) as I discover new things, and if Blizzard changes the questline again. I'm still working on verifying certain facts, trying to read between the lines and discover new quests and quest items, but everything below appears to fit and be viewable on the PTR.

The stage one daggers have a name currently, as they were dug out of the quest text: Ominous Razor and Ominous Shanker. My guess is the Shanker is the MH, since Shankers have predominantly been slower daggers so far in this game. I will add a caveat, that these could be placeholders, since they do feel slightly generic for being the beginning of a legendary item.

If this gives the Wowhead News team something to go on, then by all means take it and run with it. It would be cool to see you guys (and gals) be able to publish a definitive guide before anyone else. In any case, I will continue to work on adding to this over time.

The Charging Decoder Ring lasts 12 hour of /played time for Uma mensagem secreta. You just need 12 hours /played in order for it to fully charge up. Seems like a weird hurdle to have, especially when it can be accomplished by sitting /afk in, say, Silithus, and after you just forked over 10k gold.

- Proving your worth (Prova de valor)
Need to pickpocket "Hagara the Stormbinder", 4th boss. The pocket refills in 15 minutes, or a reset.

Starts and ends at Lord Afrasastrasz (Lorde Devrestrasz) at Wyrmrest Temple inside the Dragon's Soul raid.

- A Hidden Message (Uma mensagem secreta)
Go to the Ethereals in SW/Org, charge your decoder ring at Thaumaturge Rafir (http://i.imgur.com/rUlWf.jpg). Then get the Singed Cipher from Corastrasza (Corastrasza) at Vermillion Redoubt. Charging the ring costs 10k gold. You must wait 12 hours /played after paying Rafir for the ring to turn into a Charged Decoder Ring. I would recommend leaving Warcraft open while you do other things, and have your character be /busy in an obscure location.

People have used auto keypress programs on the PTR to progress through those 12 hours while they sleep, you are responsible for any risks involved. Just a word of warning.

End at Corastrasza, at Vermillion Redoubt in the Twilight Highlands.

Lastly, you can move after right clicking the Charged Decoder Ring, it will not cancel the cast.

- To Ravenholdt (Para Corvoforte)
Speak with Mostrasz (Mostrasz) at the Vermillion Redoubt at the entrance under the tree, and fly to Ravenholdt. Talk with Mostrasz once you land.

- To Catch A Thief (Como prender um ladrão)
Stealth through Ravenholdt for the egg, it's located in the basement. Talk to Wrathion at Ravenholdt to end it.

You will gain a somewhat large red circle around you character. It looks similar to: http://i.imgur.com/zxKpL.jpg. This is your safe stealth range, as enemies approach the edge of it, they will become suspicious and look in your direction. They must be either sapped or distracted so you can move past them. Do note that there is a limit to how close you can get to distracted targets. If you can't see the back edge of your "safety zone", then make sure your camera is zoomed out since you can still get attacked from behind.

You will need to get behind Ravenholdt Manor (http://i.imgur.com/VI4L8.jpg), climb up onto the roof and then enter at the top of the spire (http://i.imgur.com/W1gS1.jpg). Once inside you will walk down to the second floor, look for a specific mob that pats underneath you, make sure they are at either end of their pat so you don't land near them, distract them if necessary. Quickly fall to the main floor and run under the stairs so you fall into the basement.

The easiest way I found was to go counter clockwise around the premises, either along the side of the hills or by going straight up to the building and taking a right.

Once you get into the basement, there is a brief cut scene. As of Oct 18th all you see is a placeholder. Wrathion will appear and walk upstairs while talking to you, all the Ravenholdt NPCs are now friendly and you embark on Wrathion's quest by talking to him.

- Our Man in Gilneas (Infiltrado em Guilnéas)
Go to Zazzo (70.1, 40.7 @Gilneas). http://i.imgur.com/r7AaG.jpg

You can find him on the north side of the northeast bridge.

- Assassinate Creed (Assassinar Creed)
Find Creed (Lorde Hiram Creed - 58.6, 67.6 @Gilneas City) in the middle of the military district and kill him, enter in through Merchant's square and stealth to him, make heavy use of Sap and Distract. Zazzo will pull you out if you're bad at being a ninja. You can avoid the last few mobs by jumping into the stream under the bridge leading into the Military District.

Creed has 1,859,760 health, and is a two phase fight. He is susceptible to all forms of CC, incapacitates, snares, stuns, etc.

Phase 1 lasts until 75% health, he casts two spells:
- Consuming Darkness - 1 second cast that spawns an AOE underneath the player that does roughly 9k per tick.
- Blackhowl's Will - 1.5 second cast that hits the target for roughly 20k shadow damage.
In phase 2 he adds another spell to his arsenal:
- Shadow Breath - 1 second cast warm up, 3 second channeled duration that deals shadow damage in front of him. The channeled part of the cast is not affected by Mind Numbing Poison.

Strategy(ies) soon.

- The Deed is Done (Missão cumprida)
Return to Wrathion after killing Creed.

Wrathion will reward you with the stage 1 daggers.

- Cluster Clutch (Caça às drusas)
Collect 50 Shadowy Gems from creatures in Dragon Soul. Quest text seems to indicate they will drop from Elementium Gem Clusters, but this seems somewhat odd. It could be a way to reduce the number of people working on the legendary at the same time if the Rogue is required to go back and loot the same item, albeit tedious.

Turn in to Wrathion, in Ravenholdt.

- Our Man in Karazhan (Nosso homem em Karazhan)
Go to Zazzo, SE of Karazhan.

- Blood of the Betrayer (Sangue do traidor)
Sneak into the Master's Cellar at Karazhan (Yay!), and defeat Nalice. It appears that effective use of Stealth and Distract is of the essence for this part. Pick Lock might be used, but who cares.

Might need Arcane Storage Devices to beat Nalice, they should be scattered throughout the cellar.

Grab a vial for Wrathion off the dead body of Nalice, most likely turned into Zazzo, however.

The fourth boss, which is the one one needs to pickpocket the ring from, cannot be reached until all three bosses before it have been defeated.

During (an early phase of) the PTR, there was a friendly NPC which would teleport people instantly to a boss, which made it easy for some to complete this quest without needing to kill the first three bosses.

How big is the chance of pickpocketing the decoder ring? Is it a guaranteed pick or is there a certain 'drop rate' involved?
For the rogues who already did the quest, how many pickpockets did it take for you to get the ring?

I've gone and done the fight several times, and believe a sub spec rogue has an advantage over assassin and combat. Most of the fight is kiting the boss out of the purple aoe he places from Consuming Darkness. So a sub rogue's Shadowstep would make it trivial to get back on the boss to kick, and much less damage taken from the Consuming Darkness.

- Consuming Darkness - 1 second cast that spawns an AOE underneath the player that does roughly 9k per tick. This move is uninterruptible and you would run out of it to kite the boss a little.

- Blackhowl's Will - 1.5 second cast that hits the target for roughly 20k shadow damage (this also saps you off all your energy down to 0). You need to kick this, I don't believe that Especialização em Arremessar is much help b/c of the travel time of the throw. But you can also coat mind numbing on your thrown weapons and Leque de Facas spam with Glifo de Leque de Facas for kiting, or throw at him.

- Shadow Breath - 1 second cast warm up, 3 second channeled duration that deals shadow damage in front of him. Just don't stand in front of him, very easy to get out of this and able to keep dps on him from behind/on the side while he's channeling.

When he berserks at exactly 2 minutes (grows big and red), use Cegar paired with Glifo de CegarGlyph of Blind on him to get your health back via bandages or letting recup run out and finish him off. During berserk, he deals double the damage (40k Blackhowl's Will hits) and seems to casting more frequently. I'm pretty sure that Estocada doesen't work on him here.

For the quest you need 333 of Gema Sombria where 5-8 can be looted when you open up a Drusa de Gemas de Elemêntio. 1 drop in 10 man and 2 in 25 man the bosses only. Only 1 rogue can get the drop per boss. If a rogue killed and rolled for the item already from the boss in LFR and Drusa de Gemas de Elemêntio drops again, he's not eligible to roll for the cluster again. Can only roll for the cluster once per boss per reset.

For example: LFR puts him on the 3nd boss, he roll for the cluster and finishes the raid. Now he uses LFR again which puts him in a fresh instance. He can roll for the cluster from the 1st and 2nd boss, but not the following bosses.

Edit: Looks like Drusa de Gemas de Elemêntio do not drop in 25 LFR difficulty anymore. 1 still drops in 10 man, and 2 drops in 25 man.

ADD: He also has an Enrage at 10%. I didn't know that, so i had no evasion and got a 44k crit from him. Keep evasion for this, you dont need it before that.

Correction about that, it is actually a berserk, not enrage.

He berserks 2 minutes into the fight (NOT at 10%) and deals double the damage. Yes, keep evasion for this part, his melee attacks hit a lot harder, and use Glyph of Cloak of Shadows so you can stand in the voids as well as taking less damage.

Edit: tested the proc of the setbonus to get the suffering buff. It took my combat speced rogue about 5 mins to get 50 stacks (22% haste unbuffed, 90% haste with trinket and SnD up), and my assassin spec rogue 1 min 40 seconds (15.3% haste unbuffed, 80% haste with trinket procs and SnD up) to get to 50 stacks.

It seems to be working off a percentage per hit like Veneno Mortal, not a PPM mechanism like Veneno Instantâneo to be around 20% with just pure white hits and specials. Dots themselves do not make it proc, in fact, it seems that dots lowers the chance to proc.
I tested this by using the updated version of recount and counting up to 49 stacks of the buff in full bg gear, except the 2 piece t12 test on a standard assassin speced rogue.

It seems that combat spec halves the proc from the setbonus for some reason.

White only hits:
250 white hits, 49 procs on lvl 60 dummy (not including 10 misses)
240 white hits, 49 procs on lvl 60 dummy (not including 9 misses)
244 white hits, 50 procs on lvl 60 dummy (not including 2 misses)

White only hits+mutilate (no haste buffs from trinket or SnD):
200 (white) + 31/31 (mh/oh mutilate) 50-51 procs. (about 20%)
Dots:
269 white hits 79 dots of damage from 2 piece t12, 49 procs. 18%
282 white hits, 73 dots of damage from Deadly Poison, 49 procs. 17%
223 white hits, 18/18 (mh/oh mutilate) 80 dots of damage from rupture 50 procs. 19%

Combat, same exact gear and dummy:
507 White hits, 51 main gague, 49 procs. 9.6%.

Confermed: You can't pickpocket the ring if you join a raid for DS in LFR system.

I have killed two 25 man bosses in LFR and have been the only rogue with the Stage one daggers and on the quest and have yet to get a shadowy cluster. So unless someone has screenshots, it isn't looking like you can get these clusters off LFR bosses unless they're not 100% drop rate.

Can a low geared rogue get easily pumped with those daggers? I mean: a good guild makes progress to 4th boss, then summons a bad rogue for a second, he pickpockets and leaves to get his daggers.

Or am i missing something?

How do you even get this quest? Some clarification could be really helpful as for the NPC will not give me any quest. Do the first 3 bosses have to be killed in order for him to give you the quest or what?

YOU CAN NOT GET THIS QUEST IN THE LFR TOOL! Must be a normal raid instance, you grab it inside the instance on your right hand side as soon as you enter.

Can a rogue solo this? Like if two rogues make a raid group, and go in, can they stealth to the boss and pick pocket it, or do you actually need to kill the first 3 bosses and the trash?

Okay so the quest giver is in fact inside Dragon Soul raid. He is in the formation to the right when you load in.

Ok I can confirm it works.

I sat in trade chat offering 10k gold for a Hagara lockout. Long story short a guy who was making a pug agreed and let me in once he reached her. He had already taken his rogue (he was on a mage) inside and looted it (confirmed that it doesn't lock you to the instance). They pulled the boss and wiped, which reset her pickpocket loot table. Shortly after I got invited to the raid, went in and pickpocketed her, got the ring, no instance lock. So in answer to the above:

1) Dunno about the 15mins/reset rule, I have heard it's 12 hours but I don't know if that is true, but WIPING ON HAGARA (getting her to despawn is probably the key thing here) definitely resets it. Easiest way to do it too.

2) Pickpocketing it does NOT save you to the instance, it's just normal dungeon rules, it's not on heroic (that's important) so you don't get locked until a boss dies.

3) None that I could see.

So now the hard part... convincing my RL to postpone the first raid until at least 2AM tonight :P

Tested and confirmed that pickpocket item resets on boss respawn, get 1 of your many rogues to agro and vanish and the item is lootable again

So basically any rogue with access to a 3/8 raid instance can get the daggers for mere 10k gold. Neat.

An easy way to reset this boss so more than one Rogue can pick pocket her without resetting the raid and trash is to just have a Rogue or Hunter aggro her (where she won't aggro to the rest of the raid, of course) and then Vanish or Feign Death. She'll despawn. When she respawns, her pockets will have reset and the next Rogue can get their quest item.

You can actually summon rogues in from outside the raid to come in to pickpocket her. Have a druid go in and attack then Shadowmeld so she can reset. She will respawn with another ring in her pocket.

Just to see what would happen, I ported into a fresh raid 0/8 to see if I could stealth past the first boss to pick up the quest from Lord A. I was able to stealth past him with no troubles, but upon reaching the temple, I found it was phased. No dragons to ride to other bosses, no Lord A. there waiting to give me my quest.

If you'd thought about trying this, just to get the quest in your log ready to go - save your time.

Make sure you are in the Dragon Soul raid instance to get the quest. Flying to Wyrmrest Tower in Dragonblight will not get you the quest. The NPC will not have a quest for you in Northrend.

Get quest from Lord Afrasastrasz, who is to the right as you enter the instance. Defeat, Morchok Morchok, Warlord Zon'ozz Senhor da Guerra Zon'ozz, Yor'sahj the Unsleeping https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=55312.

Take 3rd Drake to the top of Spire. Take portal to your left to Hagara the Stormbinder https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=55689.

You need to clear trash before Hagara will come down from her floating platform (where she is not target-able). Make sure raid kite last mob to edge, bring in all totems/pets or this will cause the encounter to begin prematurely.

At this point you may stealth up behind her and Pick Pocket her for the ring. You have to be in the raid, but may be summoned in just for this, as long as you get the quest from the beginning. If you where not with the raid from start. You can take portal back to top, then right portal to bottom to pick up quest (also, same place you turn it in to get A Hidden Message Uma mensagem secreta)

You can be summoned in at 3/8 to rob her even if you never even glanced at the other 3 bosses.

I just want to clarify this in a single post. Please at least upvote this so other noob rogues like myself can rest assured that we can at least get the 1st stage of the daggers with minimal difficulty.

Hi, I don't do a lot of questing on my Rogue, so I don't know whether you have to of done a specific questline to start this quest or not, because when I went in to DS I couldn't get the quest at all. Could someone help if they can please?

You can join a raid that has already killed first 3 bosses (can't do it through LFR), get summoned to the 4th one, pickpocket her, return to Lord Afrasastrasz (same NPC who gives you the quest) and leave the raid.

I have a trial account with a level 10 hunter I use for forming a raid group when I do my weekly Molten Core run.

I made a raid group with that character, walked into Dragon Soul, the guy giving the quest is right at the entrance.
Next I'll have to see if you can get the decoder ring through LFR. I've heard that it's possible, but I haven't tried myself.

OK, I got the ring but left the raid before I remembered to hand it in. Now I zone back into DS and the Lord is nowhere to be found. Am I completely screwed here? Will raid reset fix it?

since no one has bothered to point out this quest actually starts at the beginning of the dragon soul raid. Lord Afrasastrasz is in side the raid at the beginning off to the right standing by a bunch of people. You can only get the quest from him inside the raid. Dont bother wasting time going to wyrmrest temple.
