This set is fairly easy to acquire as all pieces drop in normal-mode dungeons. Just kill, loot and reset the instance if the piece didn't drop. As an added bonus, the shoes and the headpiece both come from the same place, Auchenai Crypts.

In my opinion Cinto das Tempestades Arcanas is a better belt for this set.
Even thou on the sides it's a bit to greenish, I havn't been able to find a better belt.

Cinto de Pele do Terrorasa does match this set but it is only available for horde and only if you haven't done the quest yet that provides it.

Just completed this today... and I'm using these items with the set:
Dagger - Jaded Crystal Dagger from Selin Fireheart in Heroic Magister's Terrace
Off-Hand - Aran's Soothing Sapphire from Shade of Aran in Karazhan
Belt - Girdle of Nobility from Lord Overheat in Stormwind Stockade (good luck Hordies! :O)

The spider silk cloak goes great with this set....and for gloves there is the Manaspark gloves and for a belt the Mindfire waistband

Manto de Sishir goes well with this set, looks like Manto das Flores Alegres, but is boe and can be gotten after completing the Hyjal quest if you vendored yours. It is a low drop rate though, so harder to farm if you haven't done the quest yet.

Edit: Manto Glacial looks like another good match, and Luvas Glaciais, while too dark, are at least blue. They seem to blend in with my Manto das Flores Alegres and Cajado Caracol Espiral I have equipped, since the cloak graduates to dark blue at its tip, and the staff has a dark blue-ish purple in places.

Some great gloves for this set are Mitenes de Pelego de Vormepetra. They match the grey portion of the robe perfectly. They are from a rare but they end up on the auction house frequently.

This page seems to have a case of the down votes, but it completed my set after a very long search so I thought I would share.

Staff = Ti'tahk, os Passos do Tempo Not sure about the regular version, but the Raid Finder version is a good match as the flames are light blue instead of orange.

I am using the robe and the shoulders of this set to fill out the gaps for my Vestments of Transcendence set (BWL) set at the moment.
It looks very nice with Halo da Transcendência and my favorite staff to match the look is Cajado da Vontade Trêmula (the teal-colored version drops in NON-heroic Temple of the Jade Serpent).

I personally think that Valorous Circlet of Faith goes really well with this set.

When farming this set for my priest, I found that Clava de Untura de Mogor has coloring and details that go nicely with this set as well as the other weapons mentioned!
