This is Caçador Heroic Tier-16 from the Cerco a Orgrimmar. There are non-hunter pieces available for every slot - see Battlegear of the Unblinking Vigil (Lookalike). This set looks a little different in-game - the glowing blue parts emit beams, and the belt has a massive buckle (plus the pants and boots show up properly). There are also, of course, two other colors:

Raid Finder: Battlegear of the Unblinking Vigil (Recolor)/Battlegear of the Unblinking Vigil (Lookalike)
Flexible/Normal: Battlegear of the Unblinking Vigil/Battlegear of the Unblinking Vigil (Lookalike)

I'm a fan-girl of all three of these sets. At first when I saw them I was like yuck, not worth my time but then I started getting pieces and honestly it's a great looking set in game. The shoulders and helm have a sniper lazer feature, in this case a lovely blue color. Team that blue with the gold and it's a nice looking set.

I've said it on all the other versions and I'll say it here, guns look great with this set. Unlike the LFR and norm/flex you have some nice options with this one:

Rifle Longo Lâmina-bico de Sen'jin, O Diplomata, Rifle da Guarda de Platina, Espingarda do Diretor da Prisão, Arma Pandarênica Imaculada or Esburacadora de Alto Impacto. Honestly any sniper style guns work, i just like the blue or gold in the ones listed.

If you have to go bows I think the following Arco Longo Descartado de Dagryn would just look amazing with this set but alas I don't have that one.

Before I got the helm I was using Óculos Escuros Matadores Bio-ópticos Energizados and funnily enough it worked so if you're a engineer and you just can't get past that helm that is always an option for you.

I was hoping the leggings on this set would also have been gold-colored. IMO the reddish brown color they feature just don't match the set so nicely, same with the hands. :( Oh well..

I've been using Guarda-pernas do Imperturbável with this set, and it looks rather decent in-game.

I am still undecided on a ranged weapon, but the detail of the set itself is rather nice for once! And the laser effect with the shoulders / helm is really cool!

One of the best looking hunter sets, imo.

It's definitely not very hunter themed, but it looks fabulous. The heroic color scheme is especially nice.

The current tier weapons that go best with this are Besta do Lótus da Morte Arco Longo Reserva de Hisek Canhão-de-mão Kor'kron Arco Longo Descartado de Dagryn. The crossbow Besta do Lótus da Morte seems to have been designed as an exact match for this set but both it and Arco Longo Reserva de Hisek seem to have had their color schemes swapped with their heroic versions. Which means the normal crossbow and bow match the heroic tier, and vice versa.

(don't forget, flex and normal share the same color palette!)

If you're a hunter and running with the Gold color (Mythic tier) battlegear tmog, the Arco Longo do Casco Estilhaçado is a very nice companion to this armor set.

Still on the lookout for a good cloak though. Currently swapping between Clâmide da Caçada Sombria and Manto do Ofício depending on my mood. Each has its own merit but neither seems 100% perfect.

I been using Tabardo Tushui as taberd and Rifle de Precisão do Fuzileiro da Aeronave for a gun.

I personally like Manto de Pelo Cinza to go with this set. It's a nice bright gold and has a touch of blue in the emblem. It's also trivial to obtain.

And for weapon, I use the stage 3 Retalhador da Retalha-ferro. The scope has the same kind of blue glowline as the shoulders and helm.

For more simple headwear, use Óculos do Operário do Vapor. For less dramatic shoulders, use Dragonas de Espuma do Mar which has almost a perfect color scheme match except for the brighter blue glow.

For guns, I would recommend any of the Draenor BoE greens, but more specifically Arma de fogo Lumelua (my fave) to match the gold trim or Arma de fogo Enregelada to match the blue glow.
