This is one of the random quests given by Dispatch Commander Metz in exchange for a Argent Dawn Valor Token. The awards are used to buy items from the Argent Dawn; but they require a high number of the insignias.

These are the following quests that can be obtain by doing the root quest:

Now that the Burning Crusade Expansion is out most people will skip these quests. It is recommended by most to skip it unless there is an item you want from an Argent Dawn vendor that requires the award(s).

The actual item in WoW says it requires lvl 55 but it won't let me do it- guess it is 60.

Contrary to the note on this page, I was able to complete this quest today. The quest awarded 150 (base) reputation with the Argent Dawn.
