Being revered with the AD, you need 3 arcane crystals, 1 nexus crystal and 30 gold.

For ultimate clarity, since people seem to be horribly confused by the existence of three separate attunement quests. The only requirement for picking up each quest is a certain reputation level with the Argent Dawn, but the objectives for completing the quests vary. You can only pick up the 'highest' version availible to you, and cannot do more than one of the attunement quests on the same character.

Note that you need to be at least honored with the Argent Dawn to become attuned to Naxxramas. There are no quests at neutral or friendly.

At honored you can do this quest. It's not cheap, even at 70.
At revered you can do this quest. The cost is reduced to less than half.
At exalted you can do this quest. It's free, as a bonus for reaching exalted.

On the 2.4.2 patch u will recived 1000 rep (i was 69 lvl ) no 500

Is there any need to complete this quest since the release of WOTLK? Seems kinda moot if naxx has moved to northrend.

Fortunately, I got attuned to Naxx (pre-bc) a few days before the WoTLK patch and got a few quests. one of which is Drums of War (IIRC), obtainable ONLY if you're truly attuned to Naxxramas (pre-bc).

I'm rather curious as to what happens when you do this quest now. Does she still make noises to indicate you've been granted access to Naxx, even though it's no longer there?

I'm surprised they didn't remove this quest, to be honest. All it's doing is making me nostalgic :(

Edit - I just completed this quest myself. Nothing happens particularly; she does go on about you now being able to enter Naxx by stepping on runes and stuff, but I'm guessing you no longer can, unless Naxx can be in two places at once. Still, the rep is nice now that Argent Dawn are relevant again.

Old Entrance to Naxx was 40, 26. Now with the new 3.0 map it is 35, 21. But all that is there now is a Plague Caldron.

Descrição

In the thick of Plaguewood lies the entrance to the dread citadel of Naxxramas. Previously, all attempts to enter had been stymied by the magical wards placed upon the rune portal. That is, until now.

We have devised a way to gain entry via arcane cloaking - an old cantrip of the Kirin Tor with a few modifications of my own. Since your dedication to the cause of the Dawn is somewhat lacking, <name>, the price will be high. You may decline and choose to return when you are revered or exalted for a discount.
