yeah, this quest is the 1st of rogue's chain, and with 3 following quests leads to these locations: Eastern Plaguelands (sword) -> Stratholme -> Winterspring (relic) -> Dire Maul

enter tyrs hand, head up to the church, and start killing things.

Make sure you kill ALL mobs around the cathedral. To help pass the time and to encourage the preatorians to spawn.
Still farming after an hour, good luck to anyone else hoping to do this :D
