The Diamond Flask seems to be the way to go, since the two other rewards are replaceable. And even though the Flask has a long cooldown, the duration of it still makes you able to keep the effect up for 10% of the time, which is about the average for such trinkets.

Edit:
I have to add that as a DW fury warrior hit rating is very hard to get at this level, so if you DW by all means go for the shoulders or helm.

I'd like to know what you'd replace Razorsteel shoulders with at higher lvls? You don't get another pair of plate shoulders with +hit till Huhuran in AQ40.

Just remembering the reward choice when I was presented with the 3 items. All of them are very nice rewards.

Based on comments from various sources I chose the Diamond Flask. Needless to say, I regretted that choice. I was a Fury warrior and shoulders with +hit are very rare. I only managed to get nice +hit shoulders with the Epic lvl 60 pvp shoulders.

Diamond Flask is ok, but you will definitely find better dps trinkets along the way to 60. IMO, the shoulders are pricless. I even wanted to have a GM change them for me once, but decided not to, as there was limited item restore for characters.

Fury Visor is nice, but as I had Lionheart Helm, there was no question.

I strongly recommend the Razorsteel Shoulders, esp if you are a Fury warrior.

Ok, I need some serius help here! I'm a Fury Warior and the + hit rating in the shoulders is pretty good for me but still replaceable. I wonder how easy it is to find better trinket / shoulders in the rest of the game. (This is my main and i dont know enything about the rest of WoW)

Unless it's a bug, it appears that the fallen hero buffs you with a nice 10 minute battle shout with a huge 400 AP bonus. Might want to remember that before you turn the quest in.

In my honest opinion they are all replaceable as some previously said, yes the flask is incredibly useful for leveling but there are chance on his trinkets around that offer an increase in stats etc so in the end i would consider the decision to be purely personal preference, take whichever you need at the time :D

Trinket is nice to pop in arena matches before the gate opens then switch to something else. Free 75 strength to start the fight off with.

ok i think that the Trinket is best which you wont be able to replace it or find one like it

also as for the head and the shoulders u can replace any of them
specialy the shoulders u can get the one in ZF
or Wyrmslayer Wyrmslayer is better though

Pick whichever is the largest upgrade to your current equipment.

Post 60 you will get several use-for-AP trinkets with far better passive stats. All three of these get replaced, and fast. As a fury warrior, I chose the helm because plate DPS helms are hard to come by if you're leveling to 70.

Only agonize over your choice from this quest if you plan on pausing in the coast to 60 and far better gear. It'll be fast, given that you have five or six places to quest from 50-56 with far more quests than you could complete without greening them.

I wouldn't worry about what's replaceable and what isn't. Once you get to OL, all of these are easily replaceable in about 2 hours. Of all the class-specific level 50 quests, probably the only totally irreplaceable item is the Devilsaur tooth for hunters.

Edit: That said, I would take the shoulders if you are going DW/Fury. Very few items at level 50 have hit rating on them.

You get 400 ap buff (stacks with your own shout and diamond flask!) when you complete the quest for 15 min.
I suggest that you kill mobs in blasted land for 15 min, get some good XP!

Pretty simple choice since BC came out

If you're fury, take the helm

If you're prot, take the shoulders

If you're arms, take whatever you want. Then maybe go respec fury and do real dps :)

Whatever you pick will probably last you til 58-60 unless you do endless runs of BRD. The helm is actually the best thing you can get easily (or cheaply) until your low 60s as fury. hit/crit/str on a helm is bread and butter to fury

Along with all the above, it's noted that the Fallen Hero gives you a nice 15 minute battle shout that adds 400 AP and stacks with your current battle shout, as of the latest patch is gave me 11000xp.

Well worth the effort to kill the minibosses since you have to do it anyways.

I have this and been a couple of times with a friend looking for the trolls. Can somebody give me a rough idea where they are?

Do I need the quest you pick up in Tanaris to do this?

If you are also doing the quest: The God Hakkar while in the Sunken Temple it rewards this helm: Avenguard Helm, which might make your reward decision here a little easier.

in this quest u need to kill all the minibosses in the sunken temple and loot their feathers.

If your doing the other quest chain the fallen hero of the horde has, you might not want the flask, cause the other quest chain gives you a trinket that heals 5 health every 5 seconds (only reward) so if you REALLY want a new helmet or new shoulders then do the other quest chain

Well theys days you can get all kind of nice items from item bags if you do random dungeons so I would definedly go for the trinket since you can get shoulders & helm from the bags, but I have yet to see a trinket drop from them.

One superficial consideration you may take into account, this plate helm is one of the few that actually show face and hair while worn, having a model taken from mail helms. The other two plate helms with this model are green world drops, making this the only one that is easily obtainable by a warrior. Visually, this helm is very appealing, particularly for female toons, and can be good for RP - or for those who just get tired of seeing their face through a slit in other plate helms.

As of Patch 4.01, all class quests for the Sunken Temple have been removed

The questgiver for the warrior class ( the fallen hero of the horde) still gives this quest. Once u enter the temple it is removed from your quest log. As mentioned above the quest seems to be removed from the game. Which is a shame for a trinket collector such as myself:-(

Travel to the sunken temple and destroy the troll guardians Gasher, Mijan, Zolo, Hukku, Zul'lor, and Loro. They carry magic feathers that can reform my physical body long enough to grant you a reward.
