For alliance, this quest starts with Kal (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=3602) and ends with Mathrengyl Bearwalker (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=4217).

Just a little heads up, be sure to make Darnassus your home and/or have at least 8 silver with you. This is because you'll soon be placed in an enclosed area (Moonglade) and the only way out is either by a Druid-only flight path (which costs almost 8 silver) or hearth back to Darnassus. I had to wait 20 minutes before I could hearth back... to Dolonaar. (:P)

If you do a faction change, you can do the counterpart of the quest even if you did it on your original faction.
I transferred my Nightelf into a Tauren, and although I did the origial (Alliance) quest I received the horde equivalent. At lvl76, it awarded 25.000 xp (just the last quest, plus the ones before), 500 Cen. Circle reputation.
It easy xp/reputation.

I believe that they took out this quest in 4.0.1 since you get the bear form from the trainer.

The Horde version of this doesn't seem to be on Wowhead, but I just picked it up from the innkeeper in Orgrimmar, not knowing it's not meant to work, and went all the way back to Thunder Bluff. On cashing it in I got 90xp, 50 Cenarion Circle rep, and a message saying I don't meet the requirements for this quest. Looks like someone forgot to tie up some loose ends when they removed this.
Very irritating since I just sat through the whole slow wind rider flight to Org to give Baine's token to Garrosh, then hearthed back to hand in this quest since it seemed important not to miss, as a druid. Now I have to do the same thing again...

Excuse me, friend...

It has come to my attention that Mathrengyl Bearwalker has put out word that he wishes to speak with you. It seems that your training as a druid is about to take on a new life, and he will be training you personally. Mathrengyl is the direct assistant to the Arch Druid himself, and is one of the most sage and august druids you'll find in Teldrassil.

He is located in the Cenarion Enclave of Darnassus, on the second floor of Fandral Staghelm's tree.
