You can find Jaron's Supplies near the wagon. Go back to the camp and kill the Owlbeasts in the cave so it would drop Blue-feathered Amulet from them.

Had to kill 5-8 Moontouched Owlbeasts to get the Amulet, also killed the ones outside the cave.

2 Crazed, 2 Moontouched and 1 Berserker. It dropped off the Berserker.
Solo'd the chain as a 53 Mage, it isn't that hard.

I found the amulet on the first Wildkin I faced. He was in a cave at 65,64.

This quest is so easy! just pick up supplies and go kill the wildkins in the cave. got mine on first kill. After just go and talk to Jaron Stoneshaper at starfall village. Easy squeasy!

Supplies = 61,60 DONT FORGET TO GRAB THE SUPPLIES, its a little box to the west of the wagon, its kind of burried in the ground.

Amulet = 59,59 in the cave(kill the wildkin, i got it on the first kill)

Do note; you don't need to kill those owlkinds which are located around Dun Mandarr. I killed a random owlkind just outside Starfall village and looted the amulet.

Short but a very good quest chain. Worth doing. Confirmed: Blue Feather Amulet drop is random you can get it from everywhere else, if there are wildkins.

Has the DR changed? I just cleared the camp at 59,59 3 times and it hasn't dropped.

This is a good quest to make, if your making the Brumeran of the chillwind quest.. Because when i was killing the owlbeast, he came from his respawn point.. So killed him ^^

As of right now, im at around 120 kills and STILL no amulet. Ive done both camps of wildkin, numerous times clearing them both and no Blue feathered amulet or whatever, Jarons supplies. Anyhow, its a good quest for grinding exp the traditional way if thats what kind of sick, twisted individual you are :P

I get the Blue-feathered Amulet from a Crazed Owlbeast. So just kill that art. Even my Questhelper said so.

I tried everything everyone here said and I didn't get the drop until I killed a crazed owlbeast and the amulet dropped on the first kill.. There's one running around outside the cave a bit up on the hill... so just kill that one and you should get the amulet.

Confirmed that the feather drops off random wildkins around the cave.
Got mine in first attempt.

Took three kills before the amulet dropped for me. I guess the 'third time' is indeed the 'charm'. Har har. xD But yeah, any wildkin will drop it. Doesn't matter what you pick.

The Amulet seems to drop from any Owlbeast in the region, i got mine up north , while doing http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=5054, at 65, 24

Ok, the above are some of the absolute worst comments concerning the actual quest of finding Jaron's wagon. The blasted wagon is across the road...again...across the road from the owl wing thicket. Jeez, you coordinate geeks can really suck at giving directions sometimes. Why does everything have to be a friggin mystery?

Bring Jaron's Supplies and the Blue-feathered Amulet to Jaron Stoneshaper at the lodge in Winterspring.

After inspecting the contents of the box, you decide that Jaron could make use of the tools and other items inside. However, there is no sign of the amulet.

It appears that the wildkin inhabit the lands to the north and east of here, so you decide that the next step is to face the creatures and reclaim the amulet from them.
