Jitters IS the shadowy Figure and if your here stop in and see Bliztik (buy the Shadow Oil Recipe 15s sell for more in AH) Bliztik is in the two story house to the north of Jitters upstairs room on the left.

The NPC youre looking for is called Jitters located @ 18,56 in Duskwood

Yeah, I'm really losing sleep over the riddle posed by this quest. The innkeeper told me he probably went to Raven Hill, and apparently he's a jittery guy. Hmmm....

Well, I know there are two guys in Raven Hill, one is a goblin, the other's name is Jitters, who I fed spider legs to.

I'm stumped, can anyone help me please? Blizzard needs to take these hard mysteries out of the game =(

Again; fly from Darkshire to Sentinel Hill.

In fact, he is the only person at Raven Hill. Not hard to find.
