Possible exploit? If you wait to talk to Gunther Arcanus after killing Lillith Nefara, you can click on the crate to get another candle again, place it on the altar, and fight Lillith again for more XP as long as you are a low enough level to gain XP from her. I don't know if this was just an oversight by Blizzard or if they left it that way on purpose.

Not really an exploit, if you fail to kill the ghost then you can get another candle and retry.

The altar is at 66,44

The altar is on the little island just next to the bigone. Click on it and he'll summon, kill and get back to him.. 66,44 are coods

This is for people who don't read the quest text fully (like me) before leaving for the altar first click on the crate of candles next to Gunther and get the Candle of Beckoning

Don't rush the horros on the island or you will get killed at lvl 11 liked my mage almost did...
Take them out one at a time...

Ok this one is VERY easy. I did it with my lvl 10 rogue. And im a beginner.
First you collect the candle from the box by his feet, then swim to the smaller island. Kill the 2 undead people, one by one if you must.
Then summon her up by placing the candle on the table. She should appear...
Kill her. Then swim back to the big island.
Very Easy.

please tell me is the proving allegiance quest is bugged?
i cannot get the candle please help, im new here so i still dont know the ways around here

Just did this quest it is not bugged infact it was insanely easy on my 12 rogue

Its not bugged, i do it first time, but mob doesnt appear so i try it once again and she spawned correctly, maybe because i was standing on the top of the altar ...

Not bugged now. Was insanely simple
- grab candle next to Gunther
- go next to altar on island to the SW, click
- Lilith spawns, kill her - no adds, no muss no fuss
- go back to Gunther for turn in

accept quest in Tirisfal Glades /way 68,21, 41,85 Gunther Arcanus
pick Vela de Sinalização /way 68,14, 42,08
interact with Lillith's Dinner Table /way 66,60, 44,74
kill Lillith Nefara
return quest /way 68,21, 41,85 Gunther Arcanus

You say you are not bound by the will of the Lich King, and the enchantment Bethor placed upon my book corroborates this. But before I believe you I must have proof that you are enemy to the Scourge.

There is an old, bloody altar just off the southern coast of this island. it is used by a powerful Scourge agent, Lillith Nefara.

Take a Candle of Beckoning from this crate here. Light it on the altar and Lillith will awake. Destroy Lillith, and I will believe you are the Lich King's foe.
