When you start any Scarlet quests for Death Guard Burgess in Brill.
In killing scarlet enemies they will drop the Scarlet Insignia Ring on death. The percentage is the highest with Scarlet Warriors which can be found near Overun Mill.

If you do this quest at the tower at 52,68, you can do the quest "At War with the Scarlet Crusade" at the same time.

If you're doing the quest at the tower at 52, 68 the rings drop mostly from Scarlet Missionary. Good luck to all.
P.S. Be careful, mobs are close to each other, so you can easily argue an additional Scarlet unit.

I find it funny that he call humans a breed.
Just imagine humans of the Stormwind breed.
Humans of the Crimson Legion breed.
Now lets wait for Gnome breeds.

Don't forget that Warlocks can effectively accomplish 3 quests at once:

- Proof of demise
- At war with the Scarlet Crusade
- Creature of the Void
