I got no reputation with Thunder Bluff when I turned in this quest, Im an undead rogue level 37.

Don't forget to actually loot the skull off Amnennar the Coldbringer. Some quests implore you to just kill certain mobs, but there are others, like this one, that need you to kill AND loot quest items from their corpses.

This is a quest to kill the final boss in RFD.

Very nice OneH sword to match up with: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=6802 from "Into the Scarlet Monastery".

alliance version apparently now requires only level 32 while as far as i can tell the horde version is still level 37.. anyone know for sure?

Yah the ally version is lvl 32 req. sucks right well im lvl 37 so im gona go do it

The final boss, which the quests requires you to kill, has been lowered from lvl41 to lvl37, and you can also join the queue for this instance at lvl33. It would make sense that you should be able to get this quest at a lower level. A little oversight on Blizz's part methinks.

Although you get this quest from Andrew Brownell in Undercity, it counted towards the Loremaster of Kalimdor achievement, for some odd reason.

If you notice it mentions Ner'zhul, so NPC's must know about Arthas' and Ner'zhul's merge.

Actually the alliance equivalent: http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=3636 only requires level 32 to accept the quest though in both quests you have to do the same:
kill lvl 37 elite Amnennar the Coldbringer (final boss in RFD).

But, apparently you need to be at least level 33 to join the queue for RFD (not sure about what level you can enter RFD .though)

As of patch 3.3 this quest is available at a much lower level. I did it at level 34.

It is interesting to note that this is the only quest in-game that refers The Lich King as "Ner'zhul" oppose to "Arthas".

The quilboar of Razorfen Downs have aligned themselves with the Scourge. A Lich named Amnennar the Coldbringer rules them now, using the power of his massive consciousness to control their every move.

Amnennar has a direct telepathic link to Ner'zhul; we must sever this bond, <name>. An end must come to the Coldbringer.
