Kind of a ways out there in the Bay of Storms, keep an eye out for Elite Giants while you take your swim :)

This is a quest in a chain of 23 that runs pretty much all over the map.
However, it all starts with the Fallen Hero of the Horde.
(Hat tip to Xeir for the initial connectors between chains.)

Technically, it's four chain quests that tie into each other:
Chain 1:
1. Fall From Grace
2. The Disgraced One
3. The Missing Orders
4. The Swamp Talker

Chain 2:
1. Petty Squabbles
2. A Tale of Sorrow
3. The Stones That Bind Us
4. Heroes of Old
5. Heroes of Old

Chain 3:
1. Kirith
2. The Cover of Darkness
3. The Demon Hunter
4. Loramus
5. Breaking the Ward
6. The Name of the Beast
7. The Name of the Beast
8. The Name of the Beast
9. Azsharite

Chain 4:
1. The Formation of Felbane
2. Enchanted Azsharite Fel Weaponry
3. Return to the Blasted Lands
4. Uniting the Shattered Amulet
5. You Are Rakh'likh, Demon

Completing the entire chain gives you the following:
103,685XP at appropriate level
Shard of Afrasa
Enchanted Azsharite Felbane (Dagger, Sword or Staff)
Necklace of Sanctuary
Demon's Blood
Demon Hide Sack

Just to confirm the location for those without map mods...
The island is south of Hetaeras' Cluth in the Bay of Storms area. It's the largest mini-island south of Hetaeras' Cluth, you shouldn't miss it. The cave itself does not show up on your map.

The Conversation With Loramus (Spoiler Alert!)

Can you see them, mortal? No... I did not think you could. Sighted but sightless - it is your gift and your curse.

Hail, Loramus. I bring word from the Blasted Lands.

In the age of war, Razelikh the Defiler served as the most fearsome of Lord Kazzak's lieutenants. When the Legion was defeated and Kazzak forced back into the Tainted Scar, Razelikh was tasked by his master to secure the Blasted Lands.

While the Alliance fought petty battles with the Horde over territory outside of the Blasted Lands, Razelikh was uniting the differing Shadow Council sects and the brutish Dreadmaul ogres of the land.

Will you help?

"The Demon Hunter", the quest that ends with asking him for help, counts for Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms. The follow-ups he starts, "Loramus" and "Breaking the Ward", both count for Loremaster of Kalimdor.

The triad is protected by Razelikh.

In exchange for their servitude, Razelikh granted each of them nearly unlimited power within the Blasted Lands. The amulet pieces are each attuned to the lifeforce of their owner, granting them immortality. As long as they remain within the Blasted Lands, they cannot be slain, their life spans extended until the end of days.

There is one who may be able to assist you further, <name>. Travel to Azshara and find the demon hunter, Loramus Thalipedes. Search the islands.
