I dinged 30 this evening, and made the mistake to think I'd have the Felhunter in a flash. (It's almost 5 in the morning.) This is absolutely one of the most annoying quests I've ever done. Luckily I had the flight paths that were needed.

The quest itself. (Alliance)

First you get the quest at your warlock trainer. (Doh.)

- He'll tell you to go talk to Strahad Farsan in Ratchet. (The Barrens.)

- After doing that this guy tells you to go talk to Krom Stoutarm in Ironforge.

- Krom'll ask you for 2 items, a Moldy Tome, found in Hillsbrad Foothills,

And a Tattered Manuscript, found in Thousand Needles.

( I put my Hearthstone in IF during this part, it saved me some walking. )

- After you've received these two items you return to him. (Yes, Krom.)

Out of these two items he'll craft the tome, and tells you to go fetch 3 Rod of Channeling,

Dropped by Dragonmaw Bonewarders and Dragonmaw Shadowwarders in Wetlands.

You have to bring these items back to Strahad Farsan in Ratchet, where you'll summon a Felhunter, and kill it. After you've done áll that you get to summon your very own. Hooray.

i m confused...i was leveling my warlock and i didnt done sucubus and fellhunter quest ... cos its not so helpful for leveling ... so i decided to make it when i rech lvl 70 .... today morning i go to trainer... i found sucubus q and i done it easy .. but fellhunter quest was gone ... never been there anyway ... so what should i do ? i checked every single warlock trainer on azeroth ... still cant get quest

I'm having the same issue. Visited both the gnome trainer and the human trainer, the felhunter quest doesn't seem to be available (currently level 31 human). So, either this has changed or perhaps there are quests that need to be completed before this series can begin..... Does anyone have any ideas?

Edit:.....Okay, I solved my own problem...I already had the quest, duh.....but according to the quest....the words match that of the gnome quest giver in Ironforge. Since I'm a level 31, and I haven't played this toon in awhile, I'm assuming I received this quest a level ago, or perhaps at this same level, from the gnome. Good luck to everyone!

i am a 80 lock doing this quest for the first time and i cant seem to get the quest both trainers in sw and if dont seem to give me the quest i was wondering any advice somebody can give me the only lock quest i have done is to get the inferno quest nonthing elsa please help
