Bath'rah the Windwatcher can be found at 80.5, 66.9 on the Alterac Mountains map. From Southshore, just follow the river up. If you take the road leading north out of Hillsbrad Foothills, you will have to navigate through a bunch of mid level 30 mobs. The ogres guarding the road right on the border between these two zones are 35-37, for instance. By following the river, the worst I saw was a level 26 spider. Needless to say it is a much easier run.

the coords for this quest is wrong the right coords are

Bath'rah the Windwatcher is found on the eastern side of Alterac Mountains in Chillwind Point. The co-ords listed by Deluxe are correct but make sure you are in Alterac Mountains first, before using them.

Now that you've learned your berserker's stance, you'll want a nice weapon to use it with.

Talk to Bath'rah the Windwatcher, a troll hermit who lives between the Alterac Mountains and the Western Plaguelands. He is a skilled weapon maker and a powerful shaman.

To find Bath'rah, go to the river that flows along Tarren Mill's eastern flank. Follow it north--Bath'rah is camped near ruins that rest along the river's eastern bank.
