PvP Disqualification Policy Update - BFA Pre-Patch
Blizzard has updated the policy on PvP disqualifications. Players that have been disqualified from end-of-season PvP rewards will be unable to queue for rated PvP matches for the rest of that season.

Patch 8.0 Hotfixes for July 20 - Dungeon/Raid/PvP Scaling, Character Max Gold Transfer Increased

Blizzard on Realm Instability and Communities Disabled on EU Pre-Patch Launch
Blizzard has issued a statement on the instability affecting today's patch release. Several teams are working around the clock to restore the realms so we can all play Battle for Azeroth.
It appears the culprit causing the instability may be related to the new Communities feature, now disabled.
