Princess (the mob you need to kill for this quest) is a level 51 elite which hits pretty hard, has a lot of HP and does a fear attack as well. A balanced group is required to take her down, with at least a 50 tank and a good healer.

She drops very good stuff as you'll notice reading the appropriate page.

After Princess don't forget to jump down in the water to kill Rotgrip.

Recently I farmed the instance as a 70 pally with a 45ish rogue. Holyspec and still flew through it, even killed princess without needing to heal. So if you want to get twinked through it, ask a pally friend ;).

Just did this with a 50 Mage, a 50 Warrior, a 47 Rogue, a 47 Lock, and me a 46 Resto Shammy, very doable, though I had to pop Mana Tide and Jade Owl in order to keep enough mana to heal everybody through, they moved a bit much and I got hit a couple times from her fart blast, but even still we made it through

This fight was incredibly easy, a 52 Marks hunter and 49 BM hunter tanked her, I, 49 priest, healed and a 50 mage and 47 shaman DPS'ed... Healing was a little difficult but no one died

This Quest is sortof hard(Not for me, i had a 70 boomkin:) Hunters: Grab the bow, It goes amazingly with the Infernal Tricksters Leggings you get off of Vyletoungue, You do a lot of damage with the bow,the leggings, and quickshots buff

Here's how you get your Thrash Blade - the quick way if you don't want to waste the time of whoever 70 is pulling you through. I like doing it on the purple side because i hate the blobs in the orange side.. they can ruin your day.

1. Be level 45 or higher, and go to Nijels Point (Alliance) or Shadowprey Village (Horde). Make it your home for hearthing out
2. Get the "Corruption of Earth and Seed" quest. For Horde, For Alliance.
3. Go To Maraudon
4. From the entrance, follow the path until you get to a room with three exits and one from where you came.
5. Pick the leftmost tunnel, you should see purple crystals lining the walls.Keep to the right as you follow the path, and soon you will see the entrance to the instance.

This map will help steps 6-10

6. Purple wing is pretty linear. Follow it to the end, and skip or kill Lord Vyletongue .
7. Now, from Lord Vyletongue, keep going deeper in the purple dungeon.
8. After quite a few pulls, you will reach a waterfilled area that ends in a waterfall (going down).
9. Jump down the waterfall.
10. Go left and forge ahead until you reach Celebras the Cursed, pass him,(or kill) and jump down the waterfall behind him.

From now this map will help You will start on the mark "entrance" and you will be facing south (down on the picture).

11. Swim across the pool you land in, and walk straight into the caves ahead.
12. Work your way straight ahead, until you see a small cave entrance to the left. Full of Dinosaur lizards.
13. Work your way through there until you start encountering giants.
14. Soon you'll find yourself in a large cavern, and the path will seem to split to one way going right and up, instead go further in deep.
15. Soon you'll be on the ramp leading to the princess, lined with more giants.
16. Kill the princess according to whatever strategy guide you prefer. Wowwiki Strat.
17. Loot, hearth, claim your shiny new Thrash Blade.

Does is still give 350 reputation or is it 1000 like the Argent Dawn quests?

This quest does count toward Loremaster, and it rewards 1000 rep as of 3.0.8.

This isn't a quest chain. Typical dungeon quest pickup near the Desolace FP for alliance. :) Gunna get me a new bow! Woot!

For all of you that got no help by any of these comments like i did you will find the pricess in the dungeon maraudon- pristine waters i went threw purples crystals so many times cause that the only thing close to a hint the others gave. so i hope this helps the rest of you.

can be a bit misleading as it is very easy to end up in an area populated with snakes, which is not what you want. If you get there, back out and go back and around to your left to find the mentioned cave entrance.

In the depths of Maraudon lives a creature of chaos and evil, <name>. Princess Theradras is an elemental force of earth related somehow to the Old Gods. Ages ago, she was sought out by Zaetar, first son of Cenarius. The offspring of their... relationship are the creatures known as centaur. Ever-thankful creatures, the centaur killed Zaetar, and now Theradras keeps his remains. My quest here is to find those powerful enough to slay Theradras so we may recover Zaetar's remains before returning to Stonetalon.
