Instead of doing this quest starter you should do http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=5142 instead. Gives 2000 more xp, and starts in WPL much closer to where you finish.

You can only do one or the other so you might as well get more xp out of the deal.

What ktharsis means is that you can either do Sister Pamela OR Little Pamela, but not both quests.

Counts towards the "Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms" achievement (though it is started in Winterspring).

The coords are wrong, if you follow them you just run into a mountain. When you enter Darrowshire on the road, go right around a hill and the house will be straight ahead. Right around 32, 84

Questing with two others, all around level 57, we were brutally slaughtered trying to finish this quest. It should be an easy solo quest, but as we were trying to enter the town of Darrowshire, we were attacked by endless waves of undead (including elite Bloodletters). Turns out someone had started the event at the end of the quest line, The Battle of Darrowshire. So, if you encounter lots of elites where there should be none, this is why.

I fled Lordaeron during the great war, and was lucky to escape before the Scourge swept through my homeland and turned it into a plagued nightmare! I was lucky, but my family was not. I fear they were all killed during the battle of Darrowshire.

Darrowshire is a village in the Eastern Kingdoms, nestled in the southern hills of what is now the Eastern Plaguelands. Will you go there and search for my family? I miss them so much, especially my little sister Pamela.

Please, find her for me!
