The charm (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=12722) drops from the Jibbering Ghoul on the Felstone farm.

There is only one jabbering ghoul at this field..he spawns about once every 5 minutes. He is a reddish color too..slighting different from other ghouls there. Anyhow he will spawn at some point in front of the barn-type building.

Be sure to take him out before the group of scarlet sees him. They will kill him too.

Uigrad is wrong; the ghoul spawns about every 5-10 minutes, and is green, not red. All ghouls on the farm besides the jabbering ghoul is red.

Color aside, the Jabbering Ghoul is the only ghoul that is holding pitchforks. He is in fact green too. Spawns near the cauldron but tends to wander off into the agro range of the scarlet patrol that's stationed at the corner of the farm.

Did anyone have a problem with the charm actually dropping? I've killed him at least 8 times and the charm hasn't dropped.

You can steal the kill from the Scarlets if you just attack him while they're attacking him. Makes it easier, actually.

As of 2.3 he's no longer red. When I found him at Felstone Field he was a pale greenish color walking around with a pitchfork.

If you time it right you can pull with spell and scarlet follow and attack it and since you attacked first you get loot then they run back to there place never touching you.I used fairie fire as a cat and it pulled with them and never touched me.

If you did like me and just ran back to the ghost instead of fighting through the scourge, be sure to combine the good luck charms first >.<

when you bring the assembled charm back, janice says "shhh...do you smell that?" I think it's a reference to Ghost Busters - in the NYC Library basement someone says "Listen, do you smell that?"

I had to wait around for 30 minutes and about 100 kills but he finally spawned. He indeed popped right in the middle of the cauldron and the group of scarlet mobs. He looks different then the other skellies so you can easily pick him out. I also suggest using the target macro because I became quit bored at waiting and wasn't paying attention to the spot but i noticed he popped when i used the macro.

this guy SUCKS cause he has a nasty spawn timer and he wanders close enough to the scarlet patrol to aggr them and get himself needless killed D=

The Jabbering Ghoul has been moved away from the Scarlet guys, and to the opposite side of the field. Look for him there, instead of waiting 10 minutes by the barn as I did.

As soon as you leave the house bear ever slightly left and he'll be in the field just before the cauldron.

Well i wait around the field waiting and no green but i did notice the scarlett was attacking someone it was himm he was not green like everyone says maybe the new patch changed it

Don't know if it helps, but i found him at 38.3 57.1 (front of the farm near the road) -- watch out for the scarlet crusade group hanging out at the corner of the barn! Good Luck!

You get the good luck half-charm from previous quest. The ghoul drops the other half. Open inventory and right click on either half to create the full charm. Fight you way back in the house and speak to Janice and you are done.

Small oops. You give a necklace from a previous quest to Janice. She gives you half the charm and asks you to find the other half.

Done this quest several times now, and for me, the best way of compleating it is just to grind everything you see on the field until you find the ghoul.

after killing jabbering goul her question mark was still grey. go into your bags and click the blue half to combine them first.

Perhaps if the second half of the charm was found and reassembled, this would constitute what the spirit of Janice Felstone is seeking.
