I really like stag form. I hope blizzard adds some new glyphs into the game. My DK needs some better raise dead skeletons. The best one with the armor still looks pretty derpy. I wish there was a glyph for the maldraxxus skeletons with a sword and shield or something. They should add some more class quests to specialize spell effects for class fantasy liekthe gree fire for warlocks. There shroud be a moonlight quest for priests where they pledge devotion to elune and get bluish moonlight for their spells instead of yellow Light.wouuld be cool to get red spell efects for priests also if they want to be a more primal blood priest or something. It would be awesome to make a bleeding hollow maghar blood priest.Another idea: arcane magic effects for survival hunters. The bombs and harpoons and stuff dont really look good with elven hunters, for example. It would be cool to more of a magic wielding ranger instead.so many options for customization and they wouldnt need to balance it or make new classes. just make the same classes have more customization and new feel.
If only they put more effort into the game.
I would be all over this!
treant form for Kyrian is hilarious.
Blizzard please put some druid skin like legion, and for the other class too, it is an amazing stuff to do, dont sleep blizzard.
Treant could use a bit more work, and steward I feel needs to look a bit more moonkin-y, but overall pretty great. Flight form would be great as a mount!
I wonder how many people saying he should replace Blizzard artists would actually be happy with the only new things we get is reusing old stuff but spending up to an hour to paint over it?Blizzard artists are killing it. They do concept art from scratch, while some of the stuff here looks decent I would never bash Blizzard artists who are responsible for 70-90% of the work this artist does.
These are actually stellar! Way better than the Venthyr ones he had made before. No kyrian bias OFC!
the one thing that doesn't make sense is the bear form.. there are no bears in bastion.. instead it should be like one of their goliath type mechanicals.
Pretty good. I typically find that most *fan interpretations* completely miss the mark or point of certain thematic design choices. However in this case the artist has done a really good job at retaining the original visions of the Blizz team without taking gross liberties to "enhance" the design. Despite the kinda amateur 2D brush skills, I can still easily imagine these in WoW's 3D style and looking appropriate.
Also, as cool as these are it's kind of a shame because it basically means we will never actually get covenant themed druid forms (at least along these lines) due to the legal hoops Blizzard would have to jump through when dealing with copyright and fan art.Unless they literally hire the artist which would be great, but to be honest they could probably use a few more years practice to reach actual Blizzard concept art levels.
As cool as more druid forms would be... what I would love to see is some variants on other classes. Covenant specific Ghost Wolf form and Totems for shamans. Spirit Healer form for when Priests do that one ability. Alternate Healthstone pool for Warlocks, etc, you know?
SWOLEKIN
All the cool stuff I've seen lately is fan made content that isn't going to be in the game.
If this were in the game, I would definitely go Kyrian for my druid.
Kyrian=\=Paladin.The Fel Flame alteration is central to the warlock class since inception. If nothing else, making their flames green is arguably something that should have been done from the outset. The same can not be said about the domain of the Kyrians. I get why people see a correlation between the two, but they're fundamentally separate. I'd even argue they're opposite. Ideas of "Retribution" are at odds with Bastion's core tenants. This isn't even addressing that warlocks draw from chaotic Fel, but Paladins do not draw from the Shadowlands. This is why every alignment and class, from warlock to paladin, can utilize Bastion's power. I'd like colorations to be informed by the lore. I'd love to see a more solar based coloration for Tauren paladins. I'd like to see some mojo colored spells for Zandalari paladins. I want Kul Tiran shaman to have more water based variations. I'd like to see some Drust or autumn coloration for Kul Tiran druids. Heck, I'd like to see some gnomish interpretation for some spells. But I digress.
