There's a spelling error in the article's title, it's called Maldraxxus (with a "u") and not Maldraxxas :)
I still love The Guild to this day.
You left out that during her run on The Guild she joined the show Eureka... a entire show dedicated to the nerdiest of nerds. During which (spoiler alert) she becomes and android of sorts. She has nerd cred many of us can only dream of having.
She is also streaminghttps://www.twitch.tv/videos/831460094?filter=archives&sort=time
clever article title!
Never heard of her or any of the things mentioned in the comments here.
meh, never thought much of her and this article going hard with the "she's one of us" is rather cringe, not gonna lie. But tbf, she isn't the worst celeb "tribute" blizzard have put in the game, cause she plays the game and has interest in these types of things. Though honestly I've never really liked much of the celeb "tributes" in general :/ Would much rather blizzard put in tributes for ppl in the community who have made an impact on the scene or game in some way, or even just people who've put in years to covering/testing/making content for the game~
I'm sorry, but why would she get something, but not Hayven?
Replying to Falschgott: She is a WoW player which would make her by definition "one of us" you may feel like the article is pandering to you, but they are providing a decent amount of information as to who this person is and why they are getting a tribute, your emotional response to that knowledge or how it is presented is your own.Again, the question of "Who?" when the article very explicitly tells you "who" they are, is only done to signal you believe that someone is not worthy of a mention and is just done to be rude and dismissive of someone. The article bloody tells you "who", asking "who?" is just to be a jerk. Period. They weren't "dog piled" and weren't "bullied" it was a couple people calling someone out on being a toxic member of the community before said person's toxic comment were removed, and the mods delete any comments with quotes of the original toxic comment. Being toxic isn't going to ever spark an actual conversation, the person's entire purpose is to be a jerk.WoWhead mods can remove any comment they want, and removing comments that only serve to attack the subject of a post is well within their rights as mods.
