Just remove m+, if you dont want ppl to play it.
10-14 all giving same item level made no sense. This does.
this makes sense but over all gearing feels slow and bad so far after hitng the raid/mythic plus wall
Mythic plus drop item levels should increase the more you do or the higher key you do. Just like in PvP, if PvP rewards can reach 226 (mythic raid item level). So should mythic plus be too.
aka "buy tokens and gear with gold"
I think it makes sense, having 5 different levels award 207 honestly seemed like someone made a mistake. No way a 10 end of dungeon reward should be matching a 14...
The title's wording containing 'nerfed' rather than 'hotfixed/fixed' will be a contributor to player complaints, assuming that Blizzard went back on a decision rather than an error.A more irritating facet of Keystones ilvl nerf would be that a M+15 will drop ilvl 200 conduits, due to the scaling being halted at 210 rather than 213. (As stated below this is not related to the +10 - +11 hotfix but the Keystone ilvl nerf brought about to prevent outgearing I'd assume)Would be more interesting if Keystones capped out at M+20/25 and reward up to 226 ilvl gear and 233 ilvl Great Vault rewards. (Which with the absence of Titanforging wouldn't be unreasonable due to the content's level of difficulty and its incremental scaling)Even though the argument could be made that it's infinitely farmable, the fact remains that each dungeon has about 7-15 potential items for each spec. In addition to the difficulty scaling and time investment required to have it's rewards be competitive with raiding. With that being said the stat spread available through the dungeon's loot tables, could help reduce the disparity between certain classes that are favored by the nature of having a limited selection of stat combinations for a raid tier.Bottom line being it would be nice to have acknowledged that some players would rather do keys than raid, as well as offering raiders the option of having competitive post-progression items suited for whichever spec they might be playing. Adding a source other than Rated PvP.Apology for the off topic rant.

M+ is spammable and endless so I'm happy about this. I felt pressured to do neverending M+ because I can get more, better loot than most of what drops in raid, or near to it.You eventually run out of raid bosses. You don't run out of M+ attempts. There needs to be something balancing that.
Following that logic raiders should also be pressured into running Arenas and RBGs to 2100, it's a moot point.A week or two from mythic release and mythic+ loot is already deprecated for the most part, save for a select few items.Increasing the Keystone's cap would ensure that there is a point for players to run them while above a 226 average, allow players that prefer doing Keystones over raiding that their sole source of meaningful upgrades are from Heroic/Mythic raids and allow the Keystone community to be acknowledged as it's own separate entity rather than a lesser branch of raiding. The balancing speaks for itself, if you can push beyond 25+ then I fail to see the relevance of requiring balancing. Seeing as it is a self balancing system (As M+ level exponentially scales at a faster rate than that of the acquired gear from them). By the time players would consistently running upper 20 keystones in all likelihood most Mythic raiders would most likely kitted out.Following the same reasoning Arena players would theoretically be 'psychologically' forced to raid, due to the theoretical possibility of acquiring better upgrades.Or mythic raids should get decreased rewards because they offer a more appealing source of gear for PvPers. The fact remains that while there are people that would farm Keystones in unhealthy amounts, besides the scaling being a bar that would be easier to reach as the tier progresses, the majority of are adults and should be able to within reason to show restraint when playing the game and are able to take accountability for how much time they sink into it.I mean no offense by what I an about to say.If you are an adult are unable to show restraint, I would recommend calling an hotline or seek therapeutical assistance. It is a serious concern if you cannot pace yourself, due to the feeling of an unconscious obligation to sink time into the game to the point where it could be detrimental to your Mental, Educational/Professional and/or Physical wellbeingThree to four weeks from now once the raid is on farm the options for player progression will essentially be:
