Timewalking...right now it’s more difficult than normal Uldir. Might be more difficult than heroic Uldir. And reward for five dungeons is a NORMAL raid piece. Stonecore...one shot mechanics. Once again trash is wayyyyy overtuned. Guess this is a weekly not even worth doing.
Could all the people that think Blizzard does a great job tell me what's the secret to lower my expectations?I want to be able to enjoy this beta of the game as much as you guys are
What the Official Forum doesn't do well, sometimes is channel the multitude of users experiencing the same issue into the same threads... minimising the amount of noise that masses of threads on the same issue causes. Add into this a way to simply acknowledge that the issue has been noted to at least give the user experiencing the issue some indication that the issue is on the QA radar. Not sure what analogy to use, but I'm struggling to come up with a generally accepted calm public face that never, ever seems to show any sign of being overwhelmed. If you can think of someone; do you think that person never loses their s**t...? You can bet your a$$ they do, but they are in a very small minority that have a god-given aptitude to remain calm under any circumstance.
The whole mess could have been avoided if Blizz really listened to beta feedbacks and thia discussion happened there. Mind you, not the players' fault it didn't, the feedback got ignored as usual by the Blizzard way of doing things as they always know better. Nope, they don't, not in everything. And now all they do is trying to put out the fires and they mess up even that with a reply in this tone. The whole reason the tier sets were scrapped was ebcause they didn't want to design different armor, right? Solution: just as they did now, make 4 different mdoels or the 4 different outfit types, and simply call them raid sets. Even if the leather of monks and druids look the same, if they had the setbonuses like previously (obviously for each class their own), that woudl have avoided all this azerite armor crap.Oh wait, that woudl have been too easy and we needed more #$%^ty rng with the traits since the relics and crucible bonuses were tossed into the bin when BfA came in.
This isn't your friend doing you a favor. This isn't a charity relief organization rushing to help a hurricane-devastated area. This is a corporation operating in a capitalist society. I have zero sympathy.
It's not hard to accumulate 340 azerite armor pieces, I have a set for each hunter spec (even though right now I'm only playing BM, but I have 6 other pieces banked in case I switch specs) and I'm constantly disenchanting azerite armor from WQs and emissaries. Dude complaining in this post saying it would be easier to have two monks (lol) just sounds like an entitled crybaby to be honest.
Players just need to stop worrying about garbage like BiS and either just play the game or leave because the truth is the players who are the most vocal about complaints will never be happy no matter what Blizzard does and Blizz needs to just ignore them.
By biggest issue about the azerite armor is there are just waaay to many traits available. If I get a new piece of gear and go to look up which outer ring trait is best for my spec and it's not even in the top 20 of traits available that is way to many traits.
I feel blizz is lieing with the response to the monk question
The RNG aspect of gear was always there, sometimes you'd flat out just get no upgrades for gear in the week because RNG would kick your ass, sometimes you'd get multiple gear upgrades. What is it about Azerite specifically that makes him think having 2 toons would make it easier? He'd be spending twice the amount of time to try to gear.
All this azerite armor discussion is chasing its own tail.Azerite armor is a mistake and they should have kept the tier sets.I know they are trying to give us flexible gear and not lock the gear slots once you get your tier set pieces but this azerite armor is not the answer and it feels just terrible. My main is a Warlock and I have 3 azerite armor "sets" and I do have gear variation to compensate to have decent stats for all 3 specs but I grinded like mad , no different than before , but the reward is underwhelming and it feels very very bad.Tier sets , despite , locking your gear slots once you have them felt rewarding.I see what they try to do , I understand what they wanted to do but they kinda failed with this system. My suggestion is , if they want to avoid tier sets is not azerite armor but , somehow , a gear forging and choose from a pool of traits or make traits drop as tokens from bosses and forge them in w/e part of the gear they want.I have not thought this through but this system is just.......nope.
Definitely agree with tome usage to swap out for those who want to . I feel for the rep because customer service sucks .People need to be mature and address their concerns as an adult , not complaining like 15 year olds . Don’t like the merchandise ? Move it along . I go with what I have instead of focusing on what we don’t .
