I feel like the 7th Legion/Honorbound contracts are going to be completely useless for most players by the time 8.1 comes out. Anyone who really wanted Dark Irons and Mag'har either already has them or is well on their way to getting them. Unless you only do your four WQs for the daily emissary and never do any extras, I'm pretty sure most people will inevitably reach exalted with their faction before 8.1. As of right now, there's limited incentive to finish the war campaign on additional characters once you've completed it the first time, so unless something changes with that then these contracts aren't even useful for alts. Obviously this will be a very helpful catch-up for people who aren't playing right now and maybe that's the only reason they're adding it at all, but I feel like this just reinforces why there should have been a contract available for these factions in the first place.
Any idea if any of these new recipes are going to use Sanguicell from Uldir? My Engineer has a ton of these already and nothing to use them on or with.
Blizz how about you turn off the bind on use BS that you slipped onto follower equipment. When BFA launched they were not bind on use, I doubt follower equipment would create an imbalance in the game if they could be sold or bind on account. I love that they never mentioned the change performed during the cover of night either.Lastly up the drop rate on Expolsum, a epic quality piece of gear should not be dropping only monelite. It should have a guaranteed drop of Expolsum.
Seems much of the profession changes are already in live (i.e. before PTR went live). There are some that do not reflect these changes yet such as Alchemy flasks still require 5 Anchor Weed at Rank 3, not the reduced 3.The potions are already 2 per craft at Rank 3 etc.Battle potions still have high requirements but not noted here.
Flasks were never an issue, potions are what makes us farm flowers for hours on end.. For a 4 hour raid night you'd only need 4 flasks (20 anchors) or 2 flasks (10 anchors) if you are an alchemist, even less if you utilize cauldrons. For a 4 hour progress night you'd be using anything between 50 and 100 potions, 900-1800 herbs. Anchor weed is roughly 1/40 of the spawns, after you are done farming your potions you already have more anchors than you need for your flasks.
Why are the new blacksmithing recipes only iLevel 300 items?
... I bet you my hand that this new reagent will let you go from 380 to 3XX the crafted gear... And that, by the end of the expac, the item you carried all over from 8.0.1 to the last patch or so will be a craftable legendary. Calling it.
Some of these, like cooking and coastal healing/mana pots, are just tooltip fixes, they already are like that in live. The anchor weed change is new, thankfully Wish they'd also reduce the potion herb requirements. I need siren's pollen for too much stuff and it's a pain to farm.
And I was hoping for:- Reduction in sanguicell for high ilvl crafts- Engineering grenades to be ether castable on the move or instant cast (so they actually became usable)- Item level upgrades for crafted gear- Some new gear crafts, maybe even good BoEsehhhh...
how about increased chance at finding anchor weed. do like in MoP at least where every time we picked any herb there was a chance for the good one to be in it. If it's just a weed then surely flowers would have it near enough to get in the mix. an hour of farming for me typically results in finding 2-3 nodes and that's better then many guildmates who have only seen 1 node ever.
It's nice that scribes still have mass milling, but sad that jewelcrafters still don't have mass prospecting.
