Good luck to all teams on the final race to beat Mythic Ghunn!
This Race has been Great to follow so far
why the rush just bragging rites?
why the rush just bragging rites?\r\rA proof of skill. Is not for everyone to appreciate that, to each his own playstyle.
why the rush just bragging rites?\r\re-Peen mostly. I'll go in when I'm ready.
yup, just bragging rights.\rI am rooting for Limit to win this whole silly race, just because most are riding Methods nuts
why the rush just bragging rites?\r\rShowing that they have a lot more time to play the game compared to other people :P
yup, just bragging rights.\rI am rooting for Limit to win this whole silly race, just because most are riding Methods nuts\r\rI do also hope that Limit beats Method on the G'Huun kill. Kind of getting sick of coming on Wowhead and seeing "Method got the first this, Method got the first that." Who gives a crap. Because they have more playing time then pretty much everybody else their WoW gods or something? What's next someone from Method going to take a huge dump then Wowhead going to post it on the website? It's pretty much the same ol' crap every expansion and it's getting old.
I dont understand why blizzard wants them to clear it so fast. I remember back in the day where we had to farm the few bosses you could kill to get better gear. Like fetid devourer why not just force them to farm the first bosses to do those extra 10% dmg and just like Sh0cky said its the same old thing and boring to watch.

Coming into the raid this week, their average ilvl was already over 370 with quite a few pieces at 385. Yah, Blizzard wants the second half of the raid to only be killable if you have the ilvl you'd have from farming the front half for a few weeks, except that now you can get to that point without actually doing mythic raids. If they tuned it so tightly that world first guilds needed a 380+ ilvl to be able to kill them, then most raiders would never be able to get kills at all without nerfs. So it's tuned to a level that the best raiders in the world need i370, so that the good raiders can do it with i380.\r\rBack in the day, when bosses only dropped 2 pieces of loot for the entire raid, gear progression was a much more measured quantity, and steadily increased at a linear rate around 5% (of the total gear you would need to kit out an entire raid) per week. Now you can get 60% of the way to being fully geared in the first week, or higher if you no-life M+.

You can easily look this up on raider.io; Limit had an average ilvl of 358.6, as an example, for their Taloc kill. Please do not spread false information.
I don't think having more time to play makes you a better player. I could play the game 24\/7 and never have the skill level of players in Method or Limit. Thinking they are better because they have more time to play WoW then you is like saying anyone could be a star basketball player if they were paid to play the game all the time.\r\rPersonally, not a fan of the mythic race, I just want to know the score. But I am loving the fact that it is still going strong after 6 days and would love to see a reset. Races over in the first 24-48 hours are just boring and feel like Blizzard failed somehow in the one thing they are good at, raids.
why the rush just bragging rites?\r\r...it's the World FIRST race.....?

Is just some people like to blame the lack of time for the lack of skill. I'll bet if they were given control over a character copied after any of the raiders engaged in this race and let them tackle on Uldir as a team, they would not clear hc. \rIs just the same thing as watching NBA\/ football\/ whatever you find interesting . Just way less cash involved. Given enough time to train - can you compete at the level of people participating? Most certainly not. \r\rElse, on an individual level, is just as silly as Champions League\/ Tour de France or whatever is the name of the most watched baseball competition in US. You don't like it \/ don't care about the subject ? No one is forcing you to watch it.
