Let's hope that there will quite a few more trinkets per role... 2 for each class type seems rather lacking (EN\/Nighthold had 5-6 on 9-10 bosses per role)
Your attacks have a chance to grant you Frothing Rage for $278143. \rExpensive proc

So yes you can expect more trinkets :)

Hopefully we will get some trinkets that are both good and have a fun effect. In Legion it seemed most of the trinkets I got had fun effects but wasn't good compared to stat sticks.

Hold onto your horses folks, these are just proc based trinkets that drop only in raid. There are plenty of other sources to get different type of trinkets.

Well... Vanquished Tendril of G'huunAnother tentacle trinket to my collection :D

Plus how many of those trinkets were actually any good? I know for most classes m+ trinkets were better, or stat sticks were better until Nighthold trinkets, so there may be fewer, but better trinkets (which would be better).\r\r Xalzaix's Veiled Eye with proc Xalzaix's Gaze: Falling below 40% health grants you a shield that absorbs 50% of incoming damage, up to 2049 total damage prevented. Lasts 20 sec. This may only occur once every 2 min. is pretty basic, but as a tank, very useful proc\r\r Syringe of Bloodborne Infirmity with proc Syringe of Bloodborne Infirmity: Your attacks have a chance to cause Wasting Infection, dealing (472 * 10 \/ 2) Shadow damage over 10 sec. Attacking an enemy suffering from Wasting Infection grants you 472 Critical Strike for 10 sec, stacking up to 8 times. is a very interesting mechanic, which I assume will be great single target, but any boss with adds, or in a m+ it will be pretty lack luster

Legion had way too many trinkets with so many of them being useless. I think having 3 trinkets per role is the sweet spot.
Thank goodness, I thought these were a new iteration of pantheon-style effects. Let's please not have any more of that silliness.

I seem to remember how we were told that tier set bonus would be compensated by interesting choice of trinkets only available in raids. Those are anything but interesting.\rCoupled with how the raid gear looks like I sure am glad that Blizz got rid of tier sets for this...
