You can also do the boat strat with a rogue's shadowstep. DH jumps up the cliff. Rogue mounts multi-seater and shadowsteps to the DH.
If someone really wants to get into a guild\/group looking for Mythic+ members would dps, healer, or tank be the most commonly sought after?

I am sorry but I disagree on this\r\rWhy? I could not agree more especially in enviroment -requiring- immunities or strong self defensives to survive. I am surely not the only one frustrated to just get nothing but "decline" on every higher key since my class has only 1 3 min defensive and no immunity, dying to mechanics through prydaz and even tank trinket.\r\r It absolutely goes along with what was said in one of the Q&As. It should be bring player, not class that is overpowered in one way or another while the rest can not compete with either survivability or damage. (Or both). Why should anyone be forced to reroll a specific class in order to achieve higher keys?

I am sorry but I disagree on thisthey should rather balance boss mechanics, so not every boss requires quadrilion of soaks which are ignorable by immunities... they should add also options to use different class utilities to make some mechanics easier, not just immunities...I remember spell stealing mage tanking caster boss add in TBC, mind control could be used easily for something funny, I think people would be able to come with more examples :) be creative with boss mechanics :)PS: I'm not saying make X class mandatory for fight Y, it should be doable the standard way, but offering funny ways how to make some mechanics easier with specific utility similar to soaks with immunities would be fun :)

In two words: class (=spec) identity. While I agree with "bring the player, not the class", I don't see balancing to be happening any time soon since it is such a complicated matter. Imho devs should be trying to sort out raid mechanics instead (aka one shots).
Either every class needs an immunity or no class should have an immunity\r\rPart of rolling and maining a specific class\/spec, and a lot of the reasons players like a class is because of the tools they have. Generalizing everything just when they're trying to make the classes distinct and have different utilities on BfA would be bad. Take the differences away and all you'll have is bland gameplay of resource management and spenders.
hunters and warriors can make the jumps,using disengage and heroic leap,might be a little tricky but I have done it on both my hunter and warrior.
That boat skip has been popular since Legion's launch. There were even some strats involving hunter pets and Swapblaster.
It was the Monk using transcendence while on the mammoth that brought them up, the warlock had just made it up when the Monk jumped down to start mounting up.
I remember spell stealing mage tanking caster boss add in TBC, mind control could be used easily for something funny, I think people would be able to come with more examples :) be creative with boss mechanics :)\r\rPS: I'm not saying make X class mandatory for fight Y, it should be doable the standard way, but offering funny ways how to make some mechanics easier with specific utility similar to soaks with immunities would be fun :)\r\rAs soon as you'll be hitting the ceiling of how high you can push the keys, you'll see how those classes will become mandatory to push higher though, even if it is only 1 level higher (which can be a lot harder on higher keys).\rOn the highest level every advantage pulls more weight, so they would need to add several of those mechanics for every class in new dungeons to make it balanced in my opinion.\rI'd rather see them increase the frequency of some mechanics and lower their damage, so healers have more to do for example.
