Seeing a Horde like a mob of nations who don't trust each other is very painful. They are insulting each other behind their backs. They keep information in secret. There is no family, no friendship, no common ideas, only mistrust and egoism: I won't believe blood elves will die for the Horde, so as Nightborne, who were hiding from Legion about 10000 years and weren't interested in other world.I know, I play World of Elfcraft, but now it's really stupid. Elven warchief looks extremely strange in a faction which main members attacked Quel'Thalas, burned forests and killed her relatives. Many earlier quotes tell that she hates Horde and cares only about her safety. She don't think about aftermaths of her deeds (I wonder why Odin didn't start a crusade against undead after her attempt to enslave val'kyrs).I hope Horde will get normal warchief as soon as possible: she is worse than Garrosh. Siege of Lordaeron is going to occur.Edit: misprints
How has nobody noticed/mentioned that the model of the person at the end (where the eagle lands) looks rather undead?Look at the arms, and the joints! That's obviously an undead model! Is it not?https://pasteboard.co/H3CUaRv.png
Queen Liadrin!
After many years of surfing these forums I finally caved in and created an account just to say:All the horde leaders are representative of their race. Everything they each said has a reference point to previous content.Especially, I thought, Saurfang and Baine."Like rats scurrying" - One of the Orc leaders in WoD made a comment about rats scurrying. Might have been the one armed guy? I like that Saurfang says this. It give him a kind of authenticity to Orc culture. When he was in Icecrown "My boy fell at the Wrathgate... etc" It felt more human, you know? Too human. I don't think it was really what an Orc veteran would say. This new Saurfang is more like the monsters that Orcs were originally intended to be. He is more orc than Garrosh or even Thrall ever was.Baine's comment about eating rats: There have been many subtle comments in game about Tauren eating habits over the years. And that he says this indicates that he would be prepared to eat a rat. Think about it. Saurfang sees rats as scurrying; Baine sees them as potential food. I think this thing of Tauren eating habits might come from cartoons back in the day. Years ago there was a cartoon of a Tauren guiltily eating a hamburger and another Tauren looking on, shocked. Also, there are many Tauren named in ways that suggest hamburger, or steak. You know? Tauren eating habits are... unpredictable.Sylvanas is my favourite leader, and always has been. Most of my toons are undead. I think it's the Iron Maiden fan in me. I love how understated her sigh is when Gallywix comes over to her. You just feel her hatred. Not necessarily for Gallywix, but life in general. But yeah, the goblin personality and culture is not something she is into. Also small chat. She is not much a one for that. She has no time for games, and goblins are all about games.I was disappointed there was no face time for Bwemba, if she is the new Troll leaderThere's more but that will do.
I think the scout at the end is Jaina Proudmoore.
LOL that’s sounds like Illidan Stormrage
I think this was just logic, she is the oldest "living" horde leader, so she was next in charge.
As i was reading all the comments, it kept bothering me, people claiming Sargeras wanted to destroy Azeroth, like many of you clarify, there is a parallel between Illidan and Sargeras, burning crusade objective was to burn everything to prevent corruption from the Void Lords, old gods are merely their envoyess to corrupt titans on their sleep, therefore, if Sargeras intent was to destroy Azeroth, she has already being corrupted: Alganoon claim about sistematic corruption, that Magni as become a pawn, old gods even from their prison can exert influence and we know N'zoth influence runs deep in the ocean, the void worlds on the vindicar are foreshdowing thins to come, and Sargeras will only try to destroy Azeroth if it was already corrupted, otherwise would had try to get her to his dark pantheon.
This is exactly why I don't believe for a second that Sylvanas burned Teldrassil. Her priorities have always been Forsaken > Horde, and she's not stupid. There's an argument to be made for taking total control of Kalimdor, but she would have known that wiping out the only major Alliance stronghold on one continent would force them to retaliate, and the easiest target would be the Undercity. Sylvanas sacrificing her own seat of power for the greater good of the Horde seems pretty out of character. At the very least, she would have evacuated Lordaeron before the attack.
