Wrathion Blackwing Descent Cutscene in Visions of N'Zoth (Spoilers)

One of the cutscenes from the
introductory Patch 8.3 quests
has been added to the PTR, featuring Wrathion!
8.3 story spoilers.
While the general Patch 8.3 story has been playable on the PTR for some time, this cutscene wasn't present until this week's PTR build. Here we see Wrathion transform into a dragon and break free of Xanesh's trap:
Wrathion: Enough! You cannot break me like you broke my father!
Wrathion: The black dragonflight will purge your master from Azeroth!
Dark Inquisitor Xanesh: Impudent dragon. All of your kind will bow before N'Zoth!
Wrathion: With me, champion. Let us bring this to an end.
This cutscene takes place in the Blackwing Descent portion of the story, on the

quest which ultimately rewards
Ashjra'kamas, Mortalha da Determinação
. Wrathion ventures into Blackwing Descent to gather the corrupted scales of Onyxia and Nefarian for the legendary cloak, discovering along the way that the servants of N'Zoth have used the facility to conduct experiments on the dragonflights.
Dark Inquisitor Xanesh, on the other hand, seeks to capture Wrathion and use his essence to raise Onyxia and Nefarian. While Xanesh is unsuccessful, we later encounter her as a boss in the
Ny'alotha raid
, where she is torturing Azshara for plotting against N'Zoth.
