Shadowlands PTR Pre-Patch Fury Warrior Talent Hotfix (9/30) - War Machine, Frothing Berserker

Players have noticed that on the Shadowlands Pre-Patch PTR, two Fury warrior talents have received a tuning hotfix which will affect Rage generation for the spec. These talents are War Machine and Frothing Berserker.
Edit: Ignore Pain rage cost was increased for Fury Warriors as well.

Fury Warrior Talent Tuning
It appears that
and
have had a tuning hotfix applied to the PTR today, changing the Rage generation of these talents. It's likely we'll see these changes in this week's Shadowlands Beta build.
- Your auto attacks generate 1020% more Rage. Killing an enemy instantly generates 10 Rage, and increases your movement speed by 30% for 8 sec.
- Rampage has a 20% chance to immediately refund 4020 Rage.
- Fight through the pain, ignoring 50% of damage taken, up to total damage prevented.
Cost reduced to 60 Rage (was 80) for Fury only; Arms cost remains 40 rage.
