Several Classes Unable to Generate Resources on the Shadowlands Beta

Today's Shadowlands beta build is fairly small and servers have already come back up, but players have noticed an interesting bug come back with it - players have found themselves unable to generate any resources! Far from any kind of intentional change, the resource bars are still there, players are simply unable to generate any Energy, Focus, Fury, or Rage, and even classes with special resources such as Arcane Mages are unable to generate Arcane Charges and Warlocks are unable to create Soulshards. Servers were taken down, but a fix has been identified and servers should be back up shortly.
Notice the focus bar never fills up!
Update: Blizzard has made a bluepost indicating that they are aware of the issue and working on a fix!
