Buster Cannon: Mekkatorque fires off his Buster Cannon, inflicts 80 Nature damage instantly and an additional 25 Nature damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
Heavy Thrusters: Mekkatorque activates his heavy thrusters to Blast Off from his current location, and then Crash Down at another location.

Blast Off: Inflicts 65 Fire damage to players withn 10 yards of Mekkatorque.
Crash Down: Inflicts 20 Physical damage to all players, and 100 Physical damage to players within 10 yards.

Gigavolt Charge: Mekkatorque sticks a target with a volatile energy charge that inflicts 4 Nature damage every 1 sec for 15 sec.
When Gigavolt Charge expires, it triggers a Gigavolt Blast that strikes all targets within line of sight of the victim.

Gigavolt Blast: The charge detonates, inflicting 20 Nature damage and an additional 10 Nature damage every 2 sec for 30 sec to all targets within line of sight of the blast.

Dimensional Ripper XL: Mekkatorque teleports all players to the targeted player's location.
Teleportation occasionally has side effects... (Heroic, Mythic)

Miscalculated Teleport: A slight miscalcuation leaves you freefalling above the teleport location. (Heroic, Mythic)
Discombobulation: Your genetic makeup is scrambled after being teleported leaving you polymorphed. (Heroic, Mythic)
Evil Twin: An interdimensional stowaway follows you into this reality. (Heroic, Mythic)

Call in Stun Bot: Mekkatorque periodically calls in Stun Bot units to seek out and disable his enemies.

Stun Bot: Players affected by [Shrunken] can hijack and shut down Stun Bots from within.

Gnomish Force Shield: Reduces all damage taken by the wearer by 99% and reduces the effectiveness of crowd control.
Static Pulse: Inflicts 10 Nature damage and stuns all players within 8 yards for 3 sec.
Wind Up: Stun Bots speed up while on the battlefied, periodically increasing their movement speed and Haste 20%. This effect stacks.
When Wind Up reaches 5 stacks it grants Wound Up to the Stun Bot.

Anti-Tampering Protocol: When a Stun Bot detects tampering it engages its Anti-Tampering Protocol. After 30 sec or if an incorrect shutdown code is entered it will trigger a Anti-Tampering Shock on the player tampering with the Stun Bot.
Inputting the correct shutdown code 3 times will safely disable the Stun Bot.

Anti-Tampering Shock: Stuns the victim and inflicts 60 Nature damage every 3 sec for 12 sec.

Shrink Ray: Mekkatorque shrinks several players for 15 sec. Full-sized players can Trample shruken allies, inflicting 50 damage and stunning them for 1 sec.
While Shrunken you can tamper with Stun Bots.

Shrunken: You're tiny! Full-sized allies can Trample you, inflicting 50 damage and stunning you for 1 sec.
Allows you to tamper with Stun Bots.
Trample: Stepping on an ally affected by Shrunken inflicts 50 Physical damage and stuns them for 1 sec.

Defense Protocol:
At 40% health remaining Mekkatorque deploys a set of linked Shield Generators that apply [Gnomish Force Shield] to his suit. When a Shield Generator is destroyed it begins to cast [Repair Protocol].

Repair Protocol: Repairs a Shield Generator for 100% of its maximum life.
This cast is interrupted when all Shield Generators are destroyed.

Destroying the Shield Generators charges Mekkatorque's suit causing it to go into [Hyperdrive] for the remainder of the encounter.

Hyperdrive: Mekkatorque's suit goes into Hyperdrive mode. Increasing his Attack Speed by 50% and periodically electrocutes several players for 8 Nature damage.
