Usually the fuss is about the new gear, the new instances, and such—but one of the things I'm most interested in is the way the actual game world changes around us—and 3.3 is bringing us some interesting changes in that department...
First, as you can see below, the Undercity has been invaded by orcs! It looks as though the Kor'kron are not taking any chances of a repeat of the events at the Wrath Gate. It seems that all the Abomination guards have been replaced with Kor'kron orcs, and Varimathras has been replaced by a new NPC named
Bragor Bloodfist
.

Ever since Putress pulled his stunt at the Wrath Gate, the Warchief doesn't trust these people as far as he can throw them. That's why we're here. The apothecaries can't do a thing without me.
It's true our new...guests are limiting our work somewhat, but it is only natural to be wary when a genocidal attempt is made. Perhaps in time they will be convinced that Putress was an unfortunate anomaly and allow us to continue our work in peace.

Add on to this, the fact that some suspicious NPCs have been located in Icecrown, near Quel'Delar's Rest...
