With the level 100 requirement I can only imagine that this will be the legendary acquired from the new expansion, "Wrath of the Fashion King".

But it's also a very slim chance that it will be a TCG loot item.

It's a joke. it's a poke at every single person who wants to get the next big legendary thing just to be the center of attention while afking in stormwind/orgrimmar.

Okay lets assume yo are correct and i do not think you are by the way they still could not use it. it requires level 100

If they were to add a legendary with a TCG card I think it'd make more sence to be a legendary darkmoon card. Rare card in real life gets you a legendary card in game.... maybe

And sadly, this may be the uglyest shirt ever made in WoW's history.... but I still REALLY want it!

The only issue with that theory is that TCG loot cannot be game (PvE or PvP) altering in any way, so if it was a "legendary darkmoon card" then it would have to not have any stats or be useful when raiding or PvPing. Have you noticed how none of the other TCG loot changes any gameplay aspects? It's all just for show, nothing that enhances your performance. As such, a legendary darkmoon card would probably just have an on-equip effect that looked really niffty, but nothing more than that.

The colors of this shirt are pretty fitting. Isn't that what a legendary is anyway, a golden purple?
