On use this item teleports you to 56,51 in Revendreth.

Out of curiosity I used it and got teleported at 57 , 51 near the stone that looks like Oribos architecture, the one that you teleport to when you die.

How to get more of these?

1) Check your Daily Callings on Shadowlands from your Covenant.
2) If the calling is one that is for Training our Forces or Training ***** (Replace with Zone Name), you have chance to have a trainee that will drop Dirty Glinting Objects.
3) The calling will ask you to go to a zone and do at least 3 World Quests in the zone with your Trainee

Kyrian:Deos
Venthyr: Drippy
Necrolords: Dregs
Night Fae: Twinklewings

These are the trainees that will drop Dirty Glinting Objects
5) You have 3 days from the calling to expire, to go to the designated zone and do the WQ but also fight along with your trainee.
6) Trainee will drop Dirty Glinting Objects from the first enemy killed every 5 Minutes
7) If all you want are pocket portals, then you can farm them with this method at any easy mob E.g. Near Aspirants Rest in Bastion.

Drops from Dirty Glinting Objects are random from Food, Pet Stones, Potions, there is also a chance of getting the Ghost Lucy Cat Pet

If you get ported to a high spot and find that inconvenient, then you should have trained at least one engineer to be able to make Goblin Glider Kits for your toons. Note that there is NO minimum toon level requirement to use those -- even level 1s can use them.
