the profession quests that grant skill points ARE repeatable, but would only grant skill points like once a week or so...

yep "5 skill points per faire week" according to the section titled "so you want to be in show-business" section on this Blizz site:

"faire week" means the week in which the faire is accessible. But it is accessible only one week per month, so the profession quests are repeatable once a month (not once a week).

You don't need to skin any beasts for this. There are objects that you skin, located just behind the Quest giver to get the skins you need.

One of the new patch 4.3 Darkmoon Faire profession quests, you must have at least 75 skill in Skinning to see this quest.

This quest requires no additional items, simply skin the that can be found on Darkmoon Island.
If you're having trouble finding the just check this page for their locations (look at the map) and look at the screenshots.

The profession quests can only be completed once during each Darkmoon Faire and will grant 5 skill points.

The nearest vendors to the Darkmoon Faire portals are Kuruk (H), Estalajadeiro Fábio (A) for the Suco de Lunamora and Shadi Corre com a Névoa (H), Tirso Boal (A) for all the other trade goods. You'll have to collect the fossil fragments yourself. If you forgot to bring your fishing rod with you, on Darkmoon Island sells fishing supplies.

The quest is given by Chronos. Simply look behind and you will find a Staked Skin, and just wait for it to respawn in just a few seconds. No items are required for this quest.

To get this quests, you need to find Chronos.

He is behind the pavilion to the southeast.

Find the food vendor Stamp Thunderhorn, and go behind the faire to the southeast.

They will probably be available only once a week each month, during the Faire week

There are enough Staked Skins around the questgiver to complete this quest quickly.

As with all the Darkmoon Faire profession quests, you need a skill of 75 in that profession to be eligible for the quest.

I don't care what Chronos say, I believe he got the hides from Rona Greenteeth. It would be stupid NOT to use as much of the... ehm... game she hunts down to cook as possible.
