Unknown Zones
Tol Barad
Held in secret, this prison holds criminals of all sorts. Demons and undead are of the most. Dalaran and Stormwind wizards and mages secure this stockade. Located on the island between Southshore and Menethil.
Gilneas
Completely isolated from the Scourge incursion by the lasting Greymane Wall in southern Silverpine is a land lead by Lord Genn Gilneas. For ten years this country has been unknown, even the master explorer Brann Bronzebeard does not know. Yet, rumors have it the Naga has taken invaded from the seas.
Kul Tiras
One of the largest and oldest civilized islands in Azeroth. Murlocs and pirates often raid these parts. During the Third War this island nation sent their strongest fleet of naval vessels against the Scourge but lost. Lord Admiral Daelin Proudmoore ruled over this island west of Ironforge. His son, Admiral Tandred Proudmoore and his daughter, Jaina Proudmoore both left the island taking their fleets to Kalimdor. Daelin was thought to have left the island as well but has yet to be found or heard of. He had a love affair with a high elf priestess named Kilnar Goldensword who gave birth to their child Kinnall Goldensword.
Zul'Dare
A fairly large island far west of Menethil it is uncivilized. It has been told that trolls have inhabited this land. Kul Tiras believes Naga rule this part and some that Gilneas owns it. During the Second War, Orcs built their base here to strike against
Lordaeron
.
Crestfall
Island found off the northeast coast of Kul Tiras. Only attacked during the Second War by the orc retreating against the Scourge. Daelin ordered an attack known as Battle at Crestfall. Gnomish submarines located the orc force.
Channel Islands
Island chain southeast of Hillsband including Zul'Dare. These islands were controlled by the Alliance until Horde destoryed their island outposts to grip a hold of their Zul'Dare base.
Northeron
This land which is unlocated on the map is believed to be near Aerie's Peak in the Hinterlands. Some speculation is this area is also known as the Plaguelands and a rumor of a new zone called
Northern Lordaeron
. I believe it is the narrow zone just north of Eastern Plaguelands -- which is wrote in the link.
Balor
An island that was made by the Tomb of Sargeras when it rose from the depths.
Hiji
Tiny island in the far south. Same shape as Plunder Isle so could possibly be an even smaller island just off the coast of there. Hiji could also be the native troll name.
Plunder Isle
Ruled by Duke Falrevere, this island is home to the Bloodsail Buccaneers. Murlocs and basilisks call this island home. The basilisks are mostly living in the Den of the Cold Eye in the northeast part. Some people mistaken Blackwater Raiders as the Bloodsail Buccaneers but these pirates aren't really bad. Located west of Booty Bay.
Isle of Kezan
Home to
The Undermine
which is the city for goblins much like Gnomeregan for gnomes. This is a speculated new area coming out sometime in Wrath of the Lich King.
Zandalar
Between Ratchet and Booty Bay finds this. Trolls dominate this tropical island. Central area holds two special areas. Mount Mugamba and the troll city of Zuldazar. Before the first Well of Eternity imploded the Zandalari trolls casted a strong shield protecting themselves leading to the land being alone. Used to be a larger continent before the implode. All sorts of trolls live here. Mostly jungle trolls but ice, desert and forest trolls are ruled by the keeper of troll lore
Witch Doctor King Rastakhan
.
Tel'Abim
South island holding the known Tel'Abim Bananas.
There are a couple other parts of the map that I have yet to find any answers for. Take it that I haven't looked for that long. North of Stormwind Harbor and east of Dragonmaw Gates in southeast Wetlands. Maybe a few islands.

You missed
The Maelstrom
, which is essentially the remnant of the first Well of Eternity, which collapsed in on itself during the War of the Ancients.
According to the link, it is drawing the
Broken Isles
towards it, and will destroy them.
The Maelstrom is also a supposed site for a new WoW expansion.

The only thing it is that the Maelstrom isn't really a zone. It is an encounter or event that is happening.

This is true, but the point is you missed a pretty good chunk of Azeroth...
Not to mention that some parts of the Maelstrom are actually considered zones regardless...
(Plus, I mentioned the Broken Isles)

Also, the vast majority of the Naga race has a huge city down at the bottom of that giant swirling whirlpool of death.

Broken Isles is a group of islands much like Channel Islands.

A little addition, may I add?
Nazjatar
Great capital city of the Naga Race, the ones known as the Highborne before the War of the Ancients. It is currently ruled by
Queen Azshara
, and is found deep within the Maelstrom.
Mak'aru
Capital city of the Makrura civilization. It was created directly below the Eye of the Maelstrom. The Makrura hate the Naga, and are forever at war with them.
Ulmat Thondr
An island off the south of Azeroth, it was under watch by the Order of Tirisfal. It was untouched by Orcs, though there was a large increase of Jungle Trolls. Currently said to be south of Booty Bay and Stranglethorn Vale.
Pandaria
(I doubt this one very much)
Legendary home of the mysterious Pandaren race and the Pandiarian Empire. Unknown location.

Not sure if it was a typo, or if you meant to type Tandred instead of Daelin at the last part, since Daelin - Jaina's father - is dead. He was killed by the party of Rexxar, Rokhan and Chen Stormstout, along with the rest of the Horde, during the Bonus Orc campaign of the Frozen Throne. That, unfortunately, makes it a bit tricky to have him there.
Tandred is, however, indeed still there.

Tandred is Daelin's son. It is said that Jaina left to Kalimdor. Tandred followed her and Daelin stayed back. WoWwiki.com said that no one knows what happened with Daelin.

Daelin Proudmoore was the "Lord Admiral" and king of Kul Tiras. As "Grand Admiral" of the Alliance, he was the supreme commander of the naval forces of the Alliance during the Second War. He was a staunch enemy of the Horde, refusing to believe that it could ever change its ways — he greatly hated the orcs and would have been more than willing to see them all dead. Eventually he was consumed by his own hatred, killed by the Horde led by Rexxar.
Daelin is dead, his youngest son is in Kul Tiras, as the oldest died during the 2nd War.
Daelin Proudmoore.

"After an arduous fight, Daelin Proudmoore, victim of his own hatred, was slain by Rexxar." OK. I was wrong. Tandred is the son still on Kul'Tiras. Eldest died from dragon attack while on their fleet of ships.
I hope the game has more cinematic movies in-game. They rock!
