This song is "Power of the Horde," the Elite Tauren Chieftain's debut song, originally featured in the ending credits to Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, back when the band was named "Tenth Level Tauren Chieftain" (TenthLevelTaurenChieftain was also the cheat code to play the song in-game in WC3)

The file was added into World of Warcraft when Darkmoon Faire was moved to outside of Shattrath, and since then the band has been performing at World's End tavern, the Grim Guzzler, and on Darkmoon Isle.

The band is comprised of senior Blizzard employees, whose in-game alter egos can be found in the wowhead database.
As a visual artist, my favorite band member is of course, Samwise Didier, the vocalist, and one of the most influential artists to Blizzard's art style.
