Drops from the tree at your Garrison's Herb Garden once it hits Level 3.

As soon as you upgrade your Garrison Herb Garden to level three, these will drop from the large tree near the garden. Ten of them drop at a time and you can only hold ten in your bags at once, so there's no need to continue to collect them after you pick up ten. They respawn instantly, so you'll always have this food supply available to you.

So I lvled my Herb Garden to 3 in order to get +75 crit food that dissapears? Kinda dissapointing.

Sort of irritated that the only option we have is this cherry tree. Where's the fruit that offers +multistrike? Would figure that the tree would offer your best stat. :/

EDIT: I see I now have Ironpeel Plantains under my tree in addition to the cherries ... maybe one day, I'll get lucky with the multistrike food, upon which I second the request to have these items last longer than until logged out.

This is a conjured item, it will disappear after you log out.

Besides this item, Plátano Casca-de-ferro can also spawn.

And sometimes they spawn both at the same time

You can also find Pera Felpuda under the tree in your garden.

GARRISON HERB GARDEN FRUITS
I personally tested, and looked through each page's comments, as well as the Wowhead guide to put the following information together:

To obtain fruits from your herb garden, you must have Jardim de Herborismo Nível 3.
If you have a follower assigned to your garden, you may have to reset him/her in the working slot to get the fruits to appear.
As shown by the tooltip, you can only carry 10 of each type of fruit at one time.
The fruit that spawns daily is random but 2 types can spawn on the same day. Combinations I have witnessed:

They each provide their own secondary stat buff once consumed.
They are conjured items, so they will disappear (from your bags) if you log out for more than 15 minutes.
However, the Well Fed buff will remain on your character and you may still obtain more from under your tree.
The fruit containers have a respawn time of about 10 seconds.

There are 5 types of fruits that will spawn under the tree (next to your herb garden) within lootable 'containers' of themselves.

Laranja O'ruk (container)
Plátano Casca-de-ferro (container)
Cereja de Nagrand Gigante (container) - (not to be confused with Cereja de Nagrand from the Burning Crusade xpac)
Pera Felpuda (container)
Maçã Verde (container)

When looting the containers for each fruit, there is a small chance (~2%?) you may receive a "perfect" version of the respective fruit, instead of the normal version (listed above).
NOTE: you CAN receive the perfect version if you have all 10 of the normal version already in your bags.

Upon Use, the perfect version will immediately give the 'Well Fed' buff, last for 2 hours (up from 1), AND persist through death, which makes them ideal for raiding.

Is no one gonna even question why the tooltip both says that it gives you *ZERO* crit strike, AND they spelled strike wrong...?

The tooltip is wrong. It claims to give "0" critical strike (which is also spelled incorrectly) for one hour. However, it does in fact give 75 critical strike per hour. I took one for the team and decided to test this out myself. You're welcome ;)
